Service of Information Systems: Structure and Functions

One of the basic elements of any administrative organization is the use of the systems and information technologies. In this area, the service of information systems develops tasks of:

 

- Maintenance of the applications of corporative management|formality in the Government in charge of the DGTIC: system of general register|record of E/S, systems of reports of use follow-up in all ministries or system QSSI of initiatives and complaints.

- Coordination and maintenance - as for contents, design and incorporation of new functionality- of the Web of the Government of its|his|her|their public part as well as of its|his|her|their subdomains of corporative incidence (intranet for the access around work, portal of services to the staff...) Of the associated "microsites", and of other applications (SACK business agent of contents, BOIB, Hemeroteca…) that they complement it|her.

- Coordination and follow-up of the implantation of the platform of telematic procedure.

- Col•laboració with the ministries in the analysis and study of alternative sprogramari and in the elaboration|dressmaking of the folds of prescriptions technical to watch that the valid regulations is fulfilled the as for systems of the information.

- Coordination the implantation of the telematic services and other strategic projects in subjects of Digital Administration.

 

To make it it is structured in three teams|equipments, who|which carry out the following specific functions:

 

  • Section of corporative applications.

       - Administration, management|formality of users and attention of incidences in the operating daily one of the systems of help to the corporative management|formality of the Government with maintenance in charge of the DGTIC.

       - Support and maintenance of the system of General Register|Record of the CAIB and of its|his|her|their web interface (RegWeb).

       - Incorporation of new typology and development of new functionality in the modules of help to the management|formality of sanctionative reports, rates with acquired|contracted previous and selfliquidations of the Government (system EXSANCI-TAXES).

       - Continuous implantation of improvements of corrective, perfective and adaptative type in the constituted "front-office" for the the web of the Government and the portal of services to the staff, motivated for changes in the policy|politics of styles and formed or for modifications in the structure of data and/or logic of business in the systems of management|formality ("back-ofice") that inform them.

       - Formation|Training and support to the users distributed by the ministries of the tools or utilities ROLSAC and MICROSITES for the design and management|formality of contents in the corporative portal of the Government and associated microsites. Continuous supervision, obtaining of statistics, creation of complex cards, etc.

 

  • Area of telematic services.

       - Coordination, priorization of sol•licituds and attention to users in the implantation of telematic services, with associated posterior management|formality ("back-office") or no, through the utilization of the tool FORMS and the platform of telematic procedure of the Government.

       - Supervision of the functioning|operation of the program that the town councils and other organizations|organisms employ|use to sending telematically the edicts to the Official Bulletin of the Balearic Islands (BOIB), and of the program of edition and publication in internet of the bulletin.

 

  • Area technological and of departmental applications.

       - Coordination and follow-up of strategic projects of the Government in subjects of Digital Administration.

       - Incorporation of improvements in the intranet, or zone of access around work of the users of the Government, motivated by changes in the policy|politics of styles or for|because of|from|out of new functional needs.

       - Study of the more suitable tools of software and support in the functional definition, process of recruitment and follow-up of the development and implantation of departmental systems and sectorial portals of the ministries that aixího sol• licitin in the DGTIC.
