Register of certificates

In the Balearic Islands, the General Direction of Industry and Energy, as a competent organ on the subject of energetic certification, manages the aplicattion of inscription in the register of the certificates of buildings of Balearics.

The General Direction of Industry and Energy will issue the corresponding one receipt of inscription in the register of energetic certification. The inscription in the register will give the certifier technician as well as the promoter or owner right to the utilization of the energetic label.

About these certificates the  DG of Industry and Energy will carry out the controls and corresponding inspections in order to verify the data of the building used by the expedition of the certificate, as well as his  correct application in the procedure of the used calculation.
