The Protocol of performance|action is the basic instrument to attain the interinstitutional coordination in the intervention in cases of child mistreatment in the Balearic Islands.

General Objective:

The objective of this Protocol is to improve the attention to reduce the primary and secondary victimization that they suffer the and the minors who have suffered mistreatment and to guarantee the fulfillment|compliment of its|his|her|their rights and freedoms during the intervention of the responsible institutions of protecting them, through a coordinated performance|action and effective of the competent institutions.

Specific objectives:

• Collecting in an orderly and systematic way the performances|actions that have to be carried out in cases of child mistreatment.
• Protocolitzar the work in the different teams|equipments of professionals and of the services of the areas of intervention implied.
