Service of formation|training

In relation|relationship to|in the competences|competitions that on the subject of youth and leisure the Service of Formation|Training of the Young Observatory is assigned to the Administration of the autonomous community of the Balearic Islands to|in the 10/2006 Integral Law of the Youth he|she|it will be in charge basically of:

• Carrying out the plans of formation|training of the professionals and the experimental programs of youth and leisure of area of the autonomous community of the Balearic Islands, and, in general, everything what is of interest that it|he|she contributes to the integral formation|training of the youngsters and of the youngsters or that is|serves for knowing the juvenile reality, in collaboration, if the case is, with the entities and the competent administrations.
• Collaborating in the performance|action of the insular local corporations and councils|advice|pieces of advice in these areas and giving support there.
• Loaning support to the juvenile associative fabric|tissue as a main vehicle of transmission of the democratic values of tolerance, solidarity and respect to the diversity, without excluding other forms from participation|shareholding and the tasks guaranteeing that the CJIB can develop for which it|he|she has been created.
• Promoting the access safe|sure, healthy and of quality to the virtual society|company and promoting the education in democratic values in relation to the performances|actions that the youngsters and the youngsters make there.

Other functions of the Service of Formation|Training of the Young Observatory:

-      Promoting the activities of information and of formation|training.

-      Facilitating the exchange of information among|between the different departments, institutions and organizations|organisms been in charge of taking decisions about juvenile policies|politics, the investigators|researchers, the professionals and the volunteers who work in the juvenile area.

-      Developing the proposals made by the General Direction of Youth or the interdepartmental Commission regarding formative activities.

-      Promoting and collaborating in the development of the social research related with the youth.
