Day of the Balearic Islands
On The Day of the Balearic Islands, called Day of the Balearic Islands, it|he|she is the official party|holiday of the Autonomous Community. It is celebrated every year on 1 March and it|he|she commemorates the date in which the Statute of Autonomy of 1983, which|who coincides with the date of its|his|her|their last reform, in year 2007, came into force.
Law 9/1984, of 30 of October, he|she|it stated|declared on 1 March Day of the Balearic Islands, with character of official party|holiday in all its|his|her|their territory, although in a principle|beginning it|he|she was working; and sens perjudici that each island could|might have its|his|her|their own party|holiday by|out of|for agreement of its|his|her|their respective insular council|piece of advice.
On the 1st March it|he|she was considered non working for the first time as a day in 1999 (Resolution of the Ministry of Work and Formation|Training of 20 November 1998). At present, the article|item 6.3 of the text of the Statute of Autonomy of the Balearic Islands of 2007 establishes the archipelago on the 1st March as a party|holiday of everything.
