General description: the Saw of North Wind is a mountainous alignment of about 90 km of length that stretches|spreads in the north of the island of Mallorca. It|He|She is characterized by the diversity  of landscapes: forest spaces formed by oak wood, pinewoods, carritxars and other spices, are alternated with the agricultural  ones as the olive groves are. Moreover, it is necessary to highlight the great amount of endemic species of flora and fauna.

Surface|Area: 63.084,00 hectares (1.123,00 sea hectares and 61.961,00 terrestrial hectares).

Situation: part of the towns of Alaró, Andratx, Banyalbufar, Bunyola, Calvià, Campanet, Deià, Escorca, Esporles, Estellencs, Fornalutx, Lloseta, Mancor de la Vall, Palma, Pollença, Puigpunyent, Santa Maria, Selva, Sóller and Valldemossa is placed in the north of Mallorca occupying.
