 The users appraise the service of the 012th in year 2012

The appraisal that the users of the service of telephonic information of the Government through number 012 have made has been very satisfactory in all the items proposed by the Department of Quality of the Services, since the medium punctuations|scores oscil•len between the 3,80 and the 3,12 points about a maximum of 4 (between 7,8 and 9,5 about 10). In the survey, which has been made between the 19 and the 22 October 2012, there is col•laborat 451 persons.

The users had to appraise of the 1st in the 4th the items proposed, according to the following criteria:

The users have had to appraise the following aspects|looks:

- The adequacy about the timetable|schedule of attention, that it|he|she is 8.00 hr at 20.00 hr of Monday on Friday and from 9.00 to 14.00 hr Saturdays (obtained punctuation|score: 3,71).

- The answer to the needs of the facilitated information (obtained punctuation|score: 3,74).

- The adequacy of the waiting time to receive the information (obtained punctuation|score: 3,12).

- The general satisfaction with the service (obtained punctuation|score: 3,70).

- The question best appraised|valued by the citizenship has been the deal|treatment received, as for respect and kindness (3,80 about 4).

To collect this information the following method was used: once solved the consultation|consulting|surgery made by the user person, the operator or the operator asked it|him|her for its|his|her|their col•laboració to reply a brief survey, that it was carried out through an automatic answering machine.
