Identifying public administration stakeholders in Cala MillorThis report analyses the involvement of public administrations in the selection of climate change adaptation measures. Through a mapping process that identified 215 representatives from public entities, 60 individuals were prioritised for interviews and 24 entities were selected to join an inter-institutional working group. The aim is to foster effective governance through the active participation of public entities at local, island, regional, and national levels. |

Identifying Cala Millor’s societyThis report presents the beginning of a participatory process to involve society in the selection of climate change adaptation measures. From the identification of 179 social entities, 140 were prioritised for future participation, including schools, neighbourhood, environmental and senior associations, libraries, hotels, and tourist offices. The goal is to strengthen awareness of climate risks, improve collective knowledge of nature-based solutions, and establish mechanisms to integrate social demands into decision-making. |

Understanding public administration stakeholdersThis report analyses how public administrations perceive the impacts of climate change and their level of involvement in adapting the bay. Based on 50 interviews with representatives of 18 public entities, results show that 82% consider climate change a serious problem and 64% have observed its effects in Cala Millor, highlighting the beach and regulating services as the most affected. |

Understanding visitors and tourists in Cala MillorThis report analyses how visitors and tourists perceive the impacts and risks of climate change in Cala Millor. A multilingual survey with 17 questions was conducted with 385 respondents at tourist offices, gathering information on their level of knowledge, environmental practices, and factors influencing destination choice. Most participants expressed concern about climate change effects, particularly regarding water quality and beach loss, although doubts remain in ecological aspects such as the management of Posidonia oceanica. The results provide a solid basis for designing more inclusive adaptation strategies sensitive to visitor profiles. |

Understanding the educational community in Cala Millor: teaching staffThis report analyses how teachers from schools in Son Servera and Sant Llorenç des Cardassar perceive the effects of climate change in Cala Millor. Based on 101 surveys, 56 responses corresponding to key educational levels were analysed. High concern about climate change was identified, although confusion between sustainability and adaptation persists. The results highlight the need to strengthen teacher training and their participation in the local climate response. |

Understanding the educational community in Cala Millor: studentsThis report analyses how students from Sant Llorenç des Cardassar and Son Servera perceive the effects of climate change in Cala Millor. Through face-to-face workshops with 633 primary and secondary students, their knowledge, behaviours, and environmental perception were assessed. Although 76% have heard of climate change, confusion with concepts such as sustainability and adaptation remains. The collected information serves to design educational and awareness strategies tailored to the school community. |

Understanding Cala Millor’s civil society: local associationsThis report analyses how local associations in Sant Llorenç des Cardassar and Son Servera perceive the effects of climate change in Cala Millor and their level of involvement in adaptation. Through 9 meetings and 38 interviews, aspects such as sociodemographic characteristics, perception of environmental impacts, and behaviour towards the natural environment were assessed. In addition, their knowledge of global climate change and participation in adaptation actions was analysed. |

3. BUILDING CAPACITY AND RAISING AWARENESS |

Building capacity among Cala Millor stakeholderThis report summarises the actions carried out to share knowledge and experiences with key actors involved in climate change adaptation in Cala Millor. The strategy included the identification of relevant entities, such as public administrations, hotel associations, and trade unions, and the organisation of three practical and interdisciplinary workshops. A total of 76 individuals from 41 different entities participated in sessions designed to promote technical exchange and active participation. To facilitate the process, tailored materials and guides were developed, which strengthened coordination among strategic sectors in the territory. |

Raising awareness in Cala Millor’s educational communityThis report describes the design, implementation, and evaluation of climate change awareness workshops within the LIFE AdaptCalaMillor project, targeted at the educational community. A total of 38 workshops were held in six schools in Sant Llorenç des Cardassar and Son Servera, with the participation of 717 students and 42 teachers. Activities were adapted to each educational level and provided relevant information to guide future awareness actions in the education field. |

Raising awareness in Cala Millor’s civil society: local associationsThis report describes the design, implementation, and evaluation of climate change awareness workshops conducted with local associations in Sant Llorenç des Cardassar and Son Servera. Six participatory workshops were held, involving 90 people from 9 local associations. Sessions explored topics such as coastal landscape changes, perceptions of environmental impacts, knowledge of climate change, and potential nature-based solutions. Oral testimonies and visual materials were also collected, complementing the analysis with a community and territorial perspective. |
