In accordance with Article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, you may carry out this procedure through one of the following channels (among others):
a) Electronically (*mandatory for those required to interact electronically with the administrations under Article 14.2 and 3 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, and optional for individuals), by clicking the "Access electronic procedure" button at the bottom of this procedure. To carry out this procedure, you must have a digital certificate, electronic ID, or permanent cl@ve.
b) In person (only for individuals), at any registration office of the Autonomous Administration, the General State Administration, other autonomous communities, or entities that make up the Local Administration. You can check theaddresses of all offices of the Autonomous Administration.
c) Additionally, you may send documentation by postal mail (only for individuals). In this case, documents must be submitted in an open envelope so that the staff at the post office can indicate, using the official stamp, the place, date, and exact time the registration was made. This information will also be recorded on the receipt of submission.
*Subjects referred to in sections 2 and 3 of Article 14 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, are required to interact electronically with the administrations. Therefore, in accordance with Article 68.4 of the aforementioned Law, if any of these subjects submit their application in person, the Public Administration will require them to correct it by submitting it electronically.
