Description

The red becut of the palm trees is a coleopteron of the family Curculionidae.

Its|His|Her|Their origin is in Asia, Malaysia.

Valencia (2004), Múrcia (2005), Canàries (2006), arrives at Spain in year 1995, precisely in Granada and afterwards.

Mallorca has been detected for the first time in October of 2006 in His|Her Ràpita (Campos) and afterwards in Creek of Gold and other zones of Santanyí, Felanitx and Pollença. At the end of 2007 tambéa  was detected Him Sandy Ground of Palma and to Alaró.

In Eivissa the areoport was detected also in 2007 in a focus next .
