Title of the project: History|Story and evolution of minoritary varieties of vineyard of the Balearic Islands

Objectives: Exploring the more ancient|antique bibliographical reviews|abstracts that quote the first varieties of vineyard of the Balearic Islands, as well as making a description ampelogràfica of the different varieties of vineyard of the Balearic Islands.

Objectives carried out: Studying different varieties of fermentation included in the main collection of varieties of grape in his|her|their Farm (Government of the Balearic Islands, Palma).

• Ampelogràfica characterization.
• Follow-up of the phenology.
• Serological analysis of the material through the test|flowerpot ELISA.
• Follow-up of the maturation of the varieties of the collection.
• Microfermentations of the varieties selected from the first observations.
• Analysis of general parameters of the wine and of individual volatile components (aromas).
