The shelter of him Holm Oak it|he|she occupies the ancient|antique house|home of the men|gentlemen of the possession of Albarca.

Location and access

The shelter of he 'Alzina is|finds in the estate of Albarca, in the Nature Reserve of the peninsula of Llevant. The access to the shelter is made on foot through the itinerary that goes of him Old Farmhouse to him Orchard and of there, the path|way from Orchard in Albarca. The approximate duration is from an hour and a half.

The Nature Reserve of the peninsula of Llevant, with an approximate extension of 1.600 has, it|he is placed in the northeast of the island, in the municipal area of Artà, and understands the territory of the public estates of Albarca, him Orchard and him Old Farmhouse.

Description and equipments

The shelter has two plants|floors, where five double rooms are distributed with five complete baths, one for each one of them (one of them out of the room), with hot|warm water.

A kitchen|cooking equipped with glacier and oven, two community rooms, has a room canteen with stove of wood, two tables of wood, a first-aid kit and an extinguisher.

The shelter can be rented for rooms.

The shelter has electrical supply|delivery for solar plaques|plates and non potable water.

There is service of wood.

Jurisdiction to of the shelter there is two tables and two banks|benches of wood, besides a green point.

Services that are loaned: rent of sheets, rent of tavalloles and transport of food and water.

Adaptations

The shelter is not adapted to persons with reduced mobility.

Complementary activities

In the Nature Reserve of the peninsula of Llevant there is network|net of itineraries that can be carried out in a selfguided way or also with educators environmental (after agreeing on the activity with the offices of the Park in Artà).
