The public estates property|estate of the Ministry of Environment and Mobility they have been acquired with the only intention of to manage them in order to preserve and restore its|his|her|their natural values, landscape and cultural, included those of ethnologic character, patrimonial and agricultural, at the same time of making them the direct contact with the nature for all those that search available, whenever this is compatible with this conservation.

The additional fourth disposal|disposition of the law 25/2006, of 27 December, of tributary and administrative measures (BOIB no. 188 of 30 December 2006), it went|crossed|transferred in Spaces of Balearic Nature through the management|formality of the public estates of the Autonomous Community of the Balearic Islands.

Actualment la Conselleria of Environment and Mobility manages and administers the following public estates:

*La estate of Real Sleep orders from the year 2008 of an agreement between the Institute|High School Balear de la Natura, Spaces of Balearic Nature, the Balearic Agency of the Water and Environmental Quality, and the Foundation for the Sustainable Development of the Balearic Islands, for the realization of environmental performances|actions of common interest.
