Recognition of the right to perceive the retributives differences as article 12.4 has the Law 10/1997.

Law of the high ranking officials and of the personal civil servant and work dependent on the Administration of the CAIB that have accessed a charge or place of work in the same Administration of rank superior to those that they have developed, to opt between perceiving the amount of one of the former places of work or that of the nine that they access, from the moment in which they were nominated. Independently of the moment of the choice, the economic effects will go back to the date of the nomination, except if a posterior date is opted.
