Targeta d'identitat de busseig professional
For the practice of the hiperbàriques and subaquatic interventions of work, professional or scientific character in which the persons are subjected to a hiperbàric environment, it is necessary that these persons have the professional title suitable for the level of hiperbàrica exhibition.
The qualifications that are required to make the different tasks of professional busseig in the Balearic Islands regulate in the Decree 2055/1969 and in the Order of 25 April 1973, and are the ones established in the valid legal regulations about the matter.
The owners of a title of busseig have to have the notebook of subaquatic activities, in which they have to note down, at least, the medical examinations and the immersions, that the General Direction of Fishing has authorized.
Independently of the authorizations that require other competent organizations in the matter, the immersions for underwater tasks require a previous authorization from the General Direction of Fishing. The interested person has to request this authorization and has validity until the 31st December of the current year.

The General Direction of Fishing will create a register in which the persons will note down graduates in busseig and the companies authorized to make subaquatic activities professionals.

Initiation Formality: SOL·LICITUD DE RENOVACIÓ I DE CONVALIDACIÓ
Documentation:
- Fotocòpia del DNI i de les targetes.
- Dues fotografies de tipus carnet.
- Certificat mèdic oficial, si escau, signat per metge especialista, titulat, diplomat o amb certificat en medicina hiperbàrica i subaquàtica, o fotocòpia de la pàgina corresponent al reconeixement mèdic de la llibreta d'activitats subaquàtiques.
- Expedient de l'autoritat competent en el cas de pèrdua, furt o robatori.
- Resguard acreditatiu d'haver pagat les taxes corresponents, quan correspongui. L'ingrés s'ha de fer a la caixa de la Conselleria d'Hisenda i Pressuposts o bé a qualsevol caixa o banc autoritzats (Banca March, Banc de Crèdit Balear, Banco Bilbao-Vizcaya, Sa Nostra, La Caixa, Caixa Rural i Colonya Caixa Pollença).
