Public call of subsidies for the funding of investments in the spaces of environmental significance of the Balearic Islands for years 2009 and 2010.

The object of the procedure is the awarding of subsidies for the funding of investments in the spaces of environmental significance of the Balearic Islands and its peripheral zones of protection.

Addressees

The physical or juridical persons, the public administrations included,
that tenguin the condition of owners, tenants and share-croppers of the estates
that they find placed, total or partially, in the spaces of environmental significance defined to the call.
The physical or juridical persons, the public administrations, which dedicate themselves to the agricultural and/or farming exploitation and the companies of craft products elaboration when the estate where they develop the activity is placed included, total or partially, in the area of the spaces of environmental significance defined to the call.

Requisites

Having a minimum of 33% of the estate placed in the area of one of the spaces of environmental significance defined to the call, or if the percentage is a minor at 33%, the major part of the subvencionable activity will have to be carried out in the area of the space of environmental significance.

Periods

Of the 1st November in the 15th December 2009. Modified in the case of the peripheral zones of protection of the 15th November in the 29th December 2009.

Observations

They can appear a maximum of three requests. The amount of the subsidy will be, normally, of the cost of the subvencionable activity until a maximum of 50%. According to the subsidized activity and the natural space protege will be able to go until a maximum of 70% (specified to the call). In more the maximum amount of subsidy an agreement of environmental character collaboration with the Government of the Balearic Islands will be able to be increased in 15% in the case than the owner of the tengui estate signed.
In any case the maximum amount of the subsidy is 18.000 euros for request.
