Non contributive pension (PNC) of disablement

The State guarantees the citizens an economic provision, free medicofarmacèutica assistance and other complementary social services, even if it has not been quoted or has been made in an insufficient way to have access to a contributive pension. For more information consult aquí.

Addressees

Spanish and national citizens of other countries with legal residence in Spain that a series of conditions fulfill all and requirements.

Requisites

-To have lack of enough rents or income.

For year 2012, it is considered that there is lack if the
rents or the income is inferior to 5.007,80 annual euros.

In the case to comply with the condition of the 5.007,80 euros and to live (the requesting person) with relatives, the requirement is fulfilled if the sum of all income and the rents of the economic unit of communal life respects the following amounts (year 2012):

a) Communal life just with the spouse and/or godfathers, brothers and grandchildren:

-if they are 2 convivents ones the limit will be 8.513,26 annual euros.
-if they are 3 convivents ones the limit will be 12.018,72 annual euros.
-if they are 4 convivents ones the limit will be 15.524,18 annual euros.

b) Communal life with relatives, some of whom are the parents or children:

-if they are 2 convivents ones the limit will be 21.283,15 annual euros.
-if they are 3 convivents ones the limit will be 30.046,80 annual euros.
-if they are 4 convivents ones the limit will be 38.810,45 annual euros.

-To be 65 years old 18 years or more and less than.

-Living in Spanish territory and to have made it during a period of five years, two of which they have to be consecutive and immediately former to the date of the request.

-To have a degree of disability equal or superior to 65%.

Periods

The request of non contributive pension of disablement can be shown during all the year.

The document Decl. annual 2012 it has to appear before day 1 April of 2012 in the different points of request on the part of the pensioners with active pension or suspended.
