Autorització per a la construcció de vaixells pesquers

The object of this procedure is the obtaining of authorizations for the construction of fishing boats with basis port in the Balearic Islands.
The authorization for the construction is notified to the interested person; in the Ministry of Environment and Rural and Sea Environment.

Addressees

Fishing boats with basis port in the Balearic Islands, that they fulfill the rules of ordering established in the Real one I Decree 1549/2009, of 9 of October, about ordenación of the pesquero y adaptación sector in the Deep Europeo of the Fishing.

Requisites

Every authorization of fishing boats construction to the third list of the Register of Boats and Shipowner Companies will require that the unit that is gone to construct it substitutes in one or more operating boats brought as a casualty and whenever the conditions of the mentioned Royal Decree are fulfilled.

Observations

When modifications are produced in the original project or the casualties brought with others are substituted, a new authorization is required.

In the event of noncompliance of the conditions of the authorization, the Administration has to initiate the appropriate sanctionative report, in accordance with Law 14/1998, of 1 June, by which the regime of control is established for the protection of the fishing resources.
