Aids for performances in rural environment within the framework of the Flat pilot established following the Law 45/2007, of 13 December, for the sustainable development of the rural environment, for l’any 2010.

L’objecte d’aquesta line d’ajudes is to preserve the environment, the landscape and the rural environment, to preserve the natural resources and to improve its exploitation, to promote the productive processes of agricultural l’activitat and to diversify the activities of the agricultural exploitations.

L’àmbit d’aplicació d’aquestes aids it is l’illa of Mallorca.

Addressees

Beneficiaries for the aids summoned through the present Resolution will be able to be the physical or juridical persons agricultural holders d’explotacions who fulfill the following requirements, to the date d’acabament of presentation of requests:
a) Professional farmer being.
Professional farmer: physical person who is to title d’una agricultural exploitation and at least 50% of its total rent l’obté d’activitats agricultural or d’altres complementary activities, whenever the part of coming rent directly of agricultural l’activitat it is not inferior to 25% of its total rent and the volume d’ocupació dedicated itself to or equal or superior agricultural or complementary activities at half d’una Unit of Agricultural Work (UTA).
To these effects they consider itself complementary activities the participation and presence of the headline, as a public consequence d’elecció, in institutions of representative character, like this like in organs of character representation union-related, cooperative or professional, whenever these find linked to the agricultural industry, those of transformation of the products of its exploitation and the ones related with the conservation of natural l’espai and protection of the environment, the same as the ones touristic, cinegètiques and craft carried out to its exploitation.
In case the beneficiary is a juridical entity it will be considered that he complies with this requirement when at least 50% of its partners is professional farmers.
b) That tenguin l’explotació inscribed to his name in the general Register d’explotacions agricultural (RGEA).
c) For the defined lines d’ajut in l’apartat fourth d’aquesta call: 1.2 Closings of fences and estates, and 1.6 Troughs and steps of livestock, l’explotació has d’estar inscribed in the Register d’explotacions stockbreeders (IT WATERS).
d) The exploitations with livestock, that have d’estar in extensive, and the farming load will have to be at most d’1,5 UBM per hectare.
e) Not improving oneself organizations modified genetically.
f) Not having nor lending remains of plastic to l’explotació.
To these effects he does not consider a noncompliance d’aquest requirement if, as a rule of functioning of l’explotació, the remains are deposited in suitable points in l’explotació, until its transfer al punt from corresponding collection.
g) Assuming the commitment to fulfillment of the good agricultural and environmental conditions, d’acord with Royal decree 486/2009, of 3 d’abril.
h) L’explotació has d’absorbir at least 1 UTA, with l’excepció of the defined lines d’ajut in l’apartat fourth d’aquesta call: 1.3 Traditional crops, 1.4 Olive Grove and garroverar of mountain, 1.5 Síquies and other systems of drainage, 3.1 biological Control of plagues and 3.2 traditional Horticulture, which will be only 0,5 UTA.

    The requests d’ajuda, that s’han d’ajustar in the model of l’annex I that will be able to be obtained through the web page http://www.caib.es, s’han d’adreçar to the president of the FOGAIBA and s’han of showing in the register of the FOGAIBA, of the Ministry of Presidency or to any of the foreseen registers in l’article 38.4 of Law 30/1992, of 26 November, of juridical regime of the public administrations and of the common administrative procedure.

    Periods: The deadline of requests presentation he will start to count out from the publication in the BOIB of the present call and will finish the 31st January 2011.

    Documentation:
    These requests have to attach the following documentation:

    General documentation:
    a) Certified photocopy of the NIF of the applicant.
    b) Certified photocopy of the DNI of the representative, if s’escau, and accreditation of the representation with which the request is signed.
    c) Document of bank domiciliation (form TG002) or document crediting of the titularity of the bank account.
    d) Corresponding administrative permissions or request d’aquests, if it is proper.
    3.2 Additional documentation for juridical persons:
    a) Photocopy certified of the statutes, regulations or writing of constitution of l’entitat, duly inscribed in the corresponding register.
    b) Certified of the number of partners who form l’entitat, with identification of the name, lineages and DNI.
    c) Identification of the partners who fulfill the professional requirement d’agricultor and photocopy of the DNI of each one d’aquests partners.
    d) IRPF of 2009 of the identified partners who fulfill the professional requirement d’agricultor, or authorization in the FOGAIBA to request this information to State l’Agència of Tributary l’Administració.
    3.3 Additional documentation for lines d’ajudes:
    3. 3. 1- Line d’ajuts: 1.1 Margins and walls, 1.2 Closings of fences and estates and 1.5 Síquies and other systems of drainage:
    - Sketch of the location of the subvencionables elements with identification SIGPAC of the allotment.
    3. 3. 2- Line d’ajuts: 1.3 Traditional crops, 1.4 Recovery and maintenance of l’olivar and garroverar of mountain and 3.2 traditional Horticulture:
    - Relation of precincts with identification SIGPAC and crops by which l’ajuda is requested.
    3. 3. 3- Line d’ajuts: 1.7 Maintenance of scrubs d’ullastres and holm oaks and 1.8 Utilization of compound as a fertilizer:
    - Relation of precincts with identification SIGPAC by which l’ajuda is requested.
    3. 3. 4- Line d’ajuts: 4.2 Apiculture for pollination:
    - Identification of the housekeepers used for pollination
    - Justification of the movement of the housekeepers if its location is not permanent.
