Beginning inscription of touristic activity of procures on journeys

Inscription in the general resgistre of companies, activities and turistics establishments of the Balearic Islands and in the Insular one of Mallorca, of the travel agencies that develop its activity in the Island of Mallorca.

In the rest of Illes, the competent órgans will be the respective Insular Councils.

Addressees

Travel agencies with headquarters in the Island of Mallorca.

Requisites

For the inscription it will be necessary:

1. DRIAT, (Annex I) correctly filled.

2. Accreditation of the personality and the representation for any valid means in law.

3. Descriptive report, which it has to include:

-Name, address and description of the facilities and of the services that offer themselves.

4. Accreditation of the constitution of bail: deposit in the Ministry of Treasury of bank guarantee, policy of bail or titles of public emission, that have to cover the amount of 60.000 ¿

5. Accreditation of the subscription of the insurance: an insurance that it has to cover has to be constituted:

-Public liability of the exploitation of the business.
-Indirect or subsidiary public liability.
-Responsibility for primary patrimonial damages.

The polissa has to cover accidents, at least, to the value of 450.759 ¿, one of the blocks divided into 150.253 ¿ by each.
