Expedition of certificates

Expedition of the certificates of any datum that figures in the General Register of Staff. These certificates can divide into the following types:
- Certificates of loaned services
- Certificates of services commissions
- Certificates of previous services
- Certificates of the report of staff

Observations

The certificates can request them the interested persons as well as other administrative units, organs, ministries or competent entities of public law, for ordinary way through writing or for digital way through the Portal of the Civil Servant, entering into "Certificates of register, Requests of certificates".

In relation to the competent organ to resolve, it is necessary to take into account:
- Certificate of previous services: the counselor/in competent on the subject of public function. This competence at present is delegated on in the general director of Public Function, Public Administrations and Quality of the Services, by Resolution of the counselor of Public Administrations of 17 February 2012 (BOIB no. 37 of 10 March 2012).
- The rest of certificates: the head of the Section I of the General Register of Staff, in accordance with the Order of the counselor of Public Administrations of 11 April 2013 (BOIB no. 57, of 29 April 2013).

• In the procedures of the CAIB the Decree 6/2013, of 8 February, can be applied of measures of documental simplification of the administrative procedures, which came into force on the 13th May 2013.
