Requisites

The applicant of the pension has to accredit the generic and specific period of quotation to access the retirement and has to be 65 years old.

The generic period of lack it consists in a minimum period of 15 years of effective quotation to the system along the work life of the worker (5.475 days).

The period of lack patent medicine consists to proving last years to the retirement 2 years quoted in the 15 of them.

Observations

Although the obligatory retirement will be produced with general character when the worker fulfills 65 years, exceptionally the worker can retire beyond this age to the effects that it can complete the periods of lack mentioned for the retirement. In these suppositions the compulsory retirement will be produced when the worker completes these periods of lack of the quotation of the Social Security.

In any case, is recommended that these workers who can not access the retirement at 65 years by lack of quoted period, they communicate it in the competent ministry on the subject of public function with an anticipation in 3 months to the date of the fulfillment of 65 years of age, accompanied of a report of work life, to the effects of retiring them once they fulfill all requirements.
