Carried agricultural professional aids for the functioning d’organitzacions of Mallorca to term l’any 2010

1. S’aprova the call d’ajudes destined for the agricultural professional organizations (OPA) of Mallorca, to take part in the originated expenses l’any 2010, for the realization of the own activities d’aquestes organizations, in order to promote performances on the subject of representation and d’informació on part d’aquestes organizations, d’acord with what establishes l’Ordre of the counselor d’Agricultura and Fishing, of 10 March 2005, for which s’estableixen the bases regulatory of the subsidies in the sectors agricultural and fishing, that was published in the Official Bulletin of the Balearic Islands no. 43, of 17 March 2005.
2. Territorial L’àmbit d’aplicació of the aids is l’illa of Mallorca.

Addressees

Beneficiaries for the aids that this Resolution foresees can be the organizations and the entities that tenguin the social address and l’àmbit d’actuació in l’illa of Mallorca, the internal functioning of which really and effectively it is democratic, and that, in the moment of the presentation of requests, they are integrated into agricultural professional organizations of national character.

Requisites

1. Subvencionable activity constitutes the realization of the activities typical of the agricultural professional organizations in order to promote performances on the subject of representation and d’informació, carried out from l’1 of January of 2010 until the 31st December 2010.
2. The following expenses will be subvencionables:
To- General expenses of maintenance of the agricultural professional organization itself and d’atenció to the affiliates who are on the day of the payment of the quotas of l’any 2010.
B- publication of the media of directed l’organització mainly to its partners whenever it is in Catalan, both if it is printed as if it be digital. The digital publication will be through a web page that have d’estar updated and in functioning, at least, up to the moment of dictating proposal of resolution.
C- Expenses corresponding to l’assistència, in representation of l’organització, to the meetings that are summoned by other organizations or entities in or out of l’illa of Mallorca and that are related directly with agricultural l’activitat.
