Aids d’introducció to the research in matter d’agricultura, stockbreeding and fishing in l’àmbit of the Balearic Islands, year 2011.

Subvencionables activities constitute the works d’estudi or research that keep relation with the following subjects:
Group To. - Institute of Research and Formation Agricultural and Fishing (IRFAP)
a.1) Characterization of autochthonous varieties d’hortícoles of the Balearic Islands.
a.2) Characterization of autochthonous varieties d’extensius of the Balearic Islands.
a.3) Application of organic waste as a source of Nitrogen in horticultural and woody crops.
a.4) Exploitation of derived by-products of industria it wine industry-related.
Group B. - Agriculture
b.1) Setup d’un system of alimentary traçabilitat for the agricultural sector of the Balearic Islands.
b.2) Setup d’un system of ecological production in the Balearic Islands.
b.3) Setup d’un system of production integrated into the Balearic Islands.
b.4) Follow-Up and control of plagues or vegetal illnesses d’interès for the Balearic Islands.
St. group - Stockbreeding
c.1) farming Analysis and evaluation of the Groups of Defense Sanitary and its contribution to the improvement of the animal health in the stockbreeding of the Balearic Islands.
c.2) Analysis and evaluation of l’aplicació of the Royal decree 348/2000, of 10 March, for which s’incorpora in juridical l’ordenament the Directive 98/58/CE, related to the protection of the animals in the farming exploitations, and normative d’altres associated with the animal welfare in the exploitations in l’àmbit of the autonomous community of the Balearic Islands.

d.1) Study of the influence of the environment about the differential characteristics of the wines of Mallorca.
d.2) Implantation of new telematic tools in the agricultural sector.
Group E. - Fishing
e.1) Study of the optimum conditions (densities, type of shelter and alimentary protocols) for the production in too much of juniors of cranca, Maja squinado, for repopulation.
Group F.- Council of Menorca
f.1) Characterization d’enclova “varietat Menorca”: compilation of traditional knowledge d’usos and habits and multiplication of seed.
G. group - Council d’Eivissa
g.1) Setup d’un system of production integrated into the conditions of crop of l’illa d’Eivissa.
g.2) Characterization of local varieties d’Eivissa d’hortícoles and/or greengrocers.
g.3) Characterization of agricultural products animal d’origen in l’illa d’Eivissa.
Hr. group - Council of Formentera
h.1) System of management d’informació for the follow-up of the red becut (Rhynchophorus ferrugineus. Olivier, 1970).
h.2) Follow-Up and control of the fly of the fruit (Keratitis capitata Wied) in the crop of the fig tree.
h.3) Recovery of autochthonous races in stockbreeding, the recovery of the Black Pig of Formentera.
The aids d’introducció to the research will have a duration in 9 months, from l’1 d’abril in the 31st December 2011.

Addressees

Beneficiaries for the aids d’introducció to the research can be the physical persons with university qualifications who have obtained the university degree before shown d’haver the request of subsidy, whenever they obtain a minimum punctuation from 8 points in have-there applied the foreseen criteria in l’apartat seventh d’aquesta Resolution, and when the tengui university qualifications relation with the object subject of the requested aids.

Presentation of requests


    The requests d’ajuda s’han d’ajustar the minimum contents that appear in l’annex I and have d’anar addressed to the president of the FOGAIBA. The model of which will be able to be obtained through the web page http://www.caib.es or to the headquarters of the FOGAIBA, of the Ministry of Presidency and to the Delegations local.

    Periods: The deadline to show requests he starts to count out since the following day of the publication of the present Resolution in the BOIB and he finishes day 25 February 2011.

    Place: The requests and the documentation that it is necessary to attach s’han there of showing in the register of the FOGAIBA, of the Ministry of Presidency or in any in the foreseen ways in l’article 38.4 of Law 30/1992, of 26 November, of juridical regime of the public administrations and of the common administrative procedure.

    Documentation:
    The requests d’ajuda have d’adjuntar the following documentation:
    a) Certified photocopy of the DNI of the requesting person.
    b) Request of transfer order (form TG002) or document crediting of the titularity of the bank account.
    c) Photocopy certified of the university degree of the person requesting sent by a Spanish university or duly standardized by the Ministry d’Educació and Science or photocopy certified of the stub of request of the university degree.
    d) Certified photocopy of academic l’expedient with the format established in l’apartat seventh, point 1 c), d’aquesta call.
    e) Vitae curriculum, with special relation of the formation of the applicant in the concrete matter of the aids that he requests, like this as the certificates that l’acreditin.
    f) Explanatory memory of the work which is intended to be carried out with following l’estructura and contents:
    - Title of the project
    - Nom and DNI of l’investigador/a
    - Objectives of the project
    - Justification of the project (origin, problem which is intended to be solved, economic and social importance, etc)
    - Results obtained in former projects and scientific information generated (articles, books, communications, etc)
    - Been current of the problem (previous researches and its relation with the consulted bibliography, etc)
    - Methodology of the research (s’ha d’explicar how they court themselves clearly to attain the objectives of the project)
    - Plan of work and calendar d’execució
    - Resulted concrete from their courting themselves to obtain (rules, patents, obtainings, publications, etc)
    - Bibliographical relation
