Direct community aids to l’agricultura and to the stockbreeding

They are an object of call, for l’any 2011, within the framework of what establishes Royal decree 66/2010, of 29 January, about l’aplicació for l’any 2010 and 2011 of the direct payments in l’agricultura and to the stockbreeding (BOE no. 26, of 30 January 2010), the foreseen aids in the Regulations (CE) no. 73/2009 of the Council, of 19 January 2009, following:
a) Only payment for the headlines of rights as the that l’article 3 establishes, section 1 of Royal decree 1680/2009, of 13 November, about l’aplicació of the regime of only payment in l’agricultura and the integration of determinate agricultural aids, from campaign 2010.
b) Specific payments to the producers of proteaginoses, rice and fruits of shell.
c) Payments coupled to the producers of bovine regarding the incentive for nodrissa cow and incentives for sacrifice.
d) Additional payments to the producers for application of l’article 69 of the Regulations (CE) no. 1782/2003 of the Council, of 29 September 2003, to the national program of development of the Common Agricultural Policy (PAC), in the sectors of the bovine livestock of meat and of milk.
e) Specific aids to the producers for application of l’article 68 of the Regulations (CE) no. 73/2009 of the Council, of 19 January 2009, for which s’estableixen aids to the farmers and to the stockbreeders d’oví, caprí and bovine to produce in determinate conditions.
f) Established complementary national and autonomic help to l’article 21 of the Royal decree 66/2010, of 29 January, regarding the aids to the fruits of shell.
g) Corresponding help to the complementary incentive for nodrissa cow, foreseen in l’article 40 of Royal decree 66/2010, of 29 January.

Addressees

In accordance with he foresees it l’article 3 of the Royal decree 1680/2009, of 13 November, mentioned, tendran right to receive the only payment the farmers that tenguin, in right property or regime d’arrendament, of only payment according to that:

c) The integration into the regime, of the surfaces with plantations of citrus existing in 30 September 2006.

3. By virtue of the Regulations (CE) no. 73/2009 of the Council, of 19 January of 2009, right obtenguin of only payment:
a) Of the national reservation regulated through l’article 41 of the mentioned Regulations.
b) Through cessions, regulated in l’article 43 of the mentioned Regulations.

Requisites

The farmers in which reference makes former l’apartat have of:
1. Showing the only sol•licitud in agreement that that l’apartat establishes sixty-ninth.
2. In this sol•licitud s’hi have d’incloure the rights of only payment for the quals the headline wants to receive the payment, in agreement what orders l’annex I of the present Resolution.
3. Each right d’ajuda for which him sol•liciti the only payment s’haurà of justifying with an admissible hectare placed in the national territory.     a) DNI or NIF of the applicant.
    b) DNI of the representative, in its case.
    c) In its case, statutes, regulations or writing of constitution of l’entitat, duly inscribed in the corresponding register.
    d) Accreditation of the representation with which the request is signed.
    e) Request of transfer order (form TG002) or document crediting of the titularity of the bank account, in varied case d’haver the data that he has stated in former years, not to have taken part in campaigns former or not to be incorporated in the computerized documental basis of the FOGAIBA.
