The article 31.7 of the Statute of Autonomy of the Balearic Islands, after

Sol·licitud.
Les sol·licituds per a l'obtenció dels títols habilitants per a la
prestació del servei de radiodifusió sonora per les corporacions locals
s'adreçaran a la Conselleria d'Innovació, Interior i Justícia.
Documentation:
a) Certificació del Ple de la corporació acreditativa de la facultat
atorgada al president o òrgan representatiu d'aquesta perquè efectuï
la sol·licitud corresponent.
b) Descripció de la ubicació dels estudis i del centre emissor,
adjuntant un pla de situació en què s'especifiquin les coordenades
geogràfiques i la cota del mateix.
c) Memòria sobre diversos aspectes de la futura emissora, que
constarà, com a mínim, dels apartats següents:
-1r Principis bàsics i objectius generals de la programació prevista,
indicant el nombre d'hores de programació en llengua catalana, que
serà com a mínim d'un 50% del temps d'emissió.
-2n Nombre d'hores d'emissió setmanals i percentatge de la
programació destinada a espais de caràcter local, educatiu i
sociocultural.
-3r Manera prevista per a la gestió del servei a què es refereix
l'article 28.1 d'aquest Decret, i projecte de reglament intern pel
qual s'hagi de regir aquest.
d) Població actual censada del municipi o l'illa.
