Through this Resolution the credit destined to the call d’ajudes to replant trees, for the second time in l’any 2010, has been increased summoned by Resolution of the president of the Background of Guarantee Agricultural and Fishing of the Balearic Islands (FOGAIBA) of 20 September 2010 (BOIB no. 142, of 30 September 2010), in a hundred and twenty-five thousand eight hundred and eighty-eight euros (125.888,00¿) and a final credit of three hundreds agrees destined seventy-five thousand one euros (375.001,00¿), on his being funded in 50% by the autonomous community of the Balearic Islands, across the Background of Guarantee Agricultural and Fishing of the Balearic Islands (FOGAIBA), and in l’altre 50 % for General l’Administració of l’Estat, across the Ministry of Environment and Rural and Sea Environment (MARM).

Requisites

They can be beneficiaries, the persons who in the moment d’acabament of the deadline of presentation of sol•licituds are in one of the following suppositions:
a) Agricultural holders d’explotacions with precincts d’ametlers affected by fungi of wood that apricot trees replant in the parcel•la, fig trees and/or garrovers. The affected precincts have d’estar placed in the perimeter d’afectació of the fungus, delimited by the General Direction d’Agricultura and Rural Development.
b) Agricultural holders d’explotacions with precincts d’ametlers affected by the forest fires d’aquest summer that they replant with ametlers or garrovers the affected precinct. To demonstrate this extreme s’haurà of showing copy of l’acta of l’incendi sent by competent l’autoritat or sol•licitar an inspection of the affected precincts.
c) Agricultural holders d’explotacions with precincts affected for worm any main part (Capnodis tenebrionis) and that d’albercoquers, affected in another precinct, replant the plantation.
d) Titular agricultural d’explotacions that they replant for illness or death of l’arbre: apricot trees, ametlers, fig trees and/or garrovers.
The precinct where it is sown again has d’estar inscribed to name of the beneficiary in the general Register agricultural d’explotacions of the Balearic Islands before d’acabar the deadline of presentation of sol•licituds.

Presentation of requests

    Periods: The deadline of presentation of sol•licituds he will start to count out since the following day in the publication in the BOIB of the present call and he will finish the 29 d’octubre of 2010.

    Place: The sol•licituds d’ajuda (annex I) s’han of showing in the register of the FOGAIBA, of the Ministry of Presidency or of any of the ways that foresees l’article 38.4 of Law 30/1992, of 26 November, of juridical regime of the public administrations and of the common administrative procedure.

    Documentation:
    All sol•licituds have d’adjuntar the following documentation:
    a) Physical persons:
    — Certified photocopy of the DNI of the sol•licitant.
    — In its case, certified photocopy of the DNI of the representative and document crediting of the representation.
    — Sol•licitud of transfer order (form TG 002) or document issued by bank l’entitat creditable of the titularity of the bank account.
    b) Juridical persons:
    — Certified photocopy of the NIF of the sol•licitant.
    — Certified photocopy of the DNI of the representative and document crediting of the representation.
    — Sol•licitud of transfer order (form TG 002) or document issued by bank l’entitat creditable of the titularity of the bank account.
    — Certified photocopy of the statutes, of the regulations or of l’escriptura of constitution of l’entitat, correctly inscribed in the corresponding register.
    — In the case d’agrupacions without legal status, also s’ha d’aportar:
    • Document in which the rules or the regulation of functioning that all members have subscribed are reflected.
    • Certified photocopy of the DNI of the associated persons and of the NIF of l’agrupació, if se’n has.
    • Document subscribed by all the members of l’agrupació in which there is constancy expresses of the commitments d’execució that each assumes d’ells.
    • Representative nomination d’un or only representative of l’agrupació with sufficient power to fulfill the duties that correspond to l’agrupació as a beneficiary.
    • Document subscribed by all the members of l’agrupació in what s’hi the commitment not to dissolve l’agrupació until it has not gone by makes to be evident the deadline of prescription that he foresees l’article 22 of the legislative Decree 1/2005, of 24 June, for which s’aprova the Text revised of the Law of finances of the community autonomous of the Balearic Islands, and the articles 57 and 60 of legislative Decree 2/2005, of 28 December, for which s’aprova the Text revised of the Law of subsidies.
    • Sol•licitud of transfer order (form TG002) or document issued by bank l’entitat creditable of the titularity of the bank account. If does not have account to name of l’agrupació, s’ha d’aportar this document of each of the members.
    c) If n’és the case, copy of l’acta of l’incendi sent by competent l’autoritat or sol•licitud d’inspecció of the affected precincts.

    Requisites:
    Only s’admet a sol•licitud for beneficiary. In case more d’una sol•licitud is shown in the established deadline, only him tendrà in account the that s’hagi shown last.
