Aids to ports of fishing, places of disembarkment and fondejadors of the Balearic Islands.
The expenses carried out and effectively paid by the beneficiary related to the specific investments that are destined to will be subvencionables:
a) The improvement of the conditions of disembarkment, transformation and storage in the ports and auction of the products fishing and of the aquaculture.
b) The supply of fuel, gel, water and electricity.
c) The maintenance of the fishing boats and of the teams of repair.
d) The construction, modernization and enlargement of tongs to improve the conditions of security in the moment of the boarding and the disembarkment.
e) The management computerized of the fishing activities.
f) The improvements of the conditions of security and of work.
g) The storage and the transformation of the waste.
h) The measures to reduce the descarts
Addressees
The public or semipublic and private organizations, and recognized organizations or other associative entities with legal status typical of the fishing sector and of the aquaculture that carry out the foreseen performances to the present Resolution and who in the moment of the presentation of the requests show some law of use on the port facilities.
Periods
The deadline of requests presentation will be since the day following of the date of its publication in the BOIB until the day 30 September 2010.

Maximum deadline for the notification
The maximum deadline to dictate and to notify the express resolution it is from six months from the finishing of the deadline of requests presentation and it has to be notified individually to the interested persons. This time gone by without having notified the express resolution to itself, the interested person will be able to understand as rejected its request.

Presentation of requests
The interested persons who fulfill the foreseen requirements in this call will be able to present the requests (annex I) in the register of the Ministry of Presidency or to any of the registers that the article 38.4 of Law 30/1992 foresees, of 26 November, of juridical regime of the public administrations and of the common administrative procedure.
Periods: The deadline of requests presentation will be since the day following of the date of its publication in the BOIB until the day 30 September 2010.
Documentation:
These requests have to attach the following documentation:
a) Certified photocopy of the DNI, NIF or NIE of the applicant.
b) Certified photocopy of the DNI of the legal representative, if the case is.
c) Photocopy certified of the document constitutive of the entity or social statutes duly inscribed in the corresponding register or certificate of registral inscription of the mentioned documents.
d) Document crediting of the representation with which the person performs who signs the request, if the case is from it. This accreditation has to be applicable in the moment of the request.
e) Request of transfer order (form TG 002) or document crediting of the titularity of the bank account.
f) Documentation crediting of the law of use on the port facilities.
g) If the case is from it and in the works that require the intervention from a technical doctor, a certification of work beginning issued by the director of the project that indicates the date of beginning of the subsidized investments will be brought. When this direction of work is not necessary the corresponding planning permission will be brought.
h) Three budgets or bills pro forma of the elements to acquire or works to carry out, when the amount exceeds 30.000,00 euros in the event of cost for execution of work, or of 12.000,00 euros in the event of supply of capital good or rendering of services.
i) Explanatory memory of the project to carry out.
j) Any other documentation that loves itself necessary.
