Addressees

The groups of producers of potatoes of consumption recognized, in accordance with Royal decree 970/2002, of 24 September, for the autonomous community of the Balearic Islands, and that fulfill the requirements established in l'article 13 of Law 38/2003, of 17 November, general of subsidies, all this with anteriority to the completion of the deadline of presentation of the sol·licituds.

    The sol·licituds d'ajuda, that s'ajustaran to the minimum contents that appear in l'annex I, s'han d'adreçar to the president of the FOGAIBA and s'han of showing in the Register d'entrada of the FOGAIBA, of the Ministry of Presidency or in any of the registers that are foreseen in l'article 38.4 of Law 30/1992, of 26 November, of juridical regime of the public administrations and of the common administrative procedure.

    Periods: The deadline of presentation of sol·licituds he will start to count out from the publication d'aquesta Resolution in the BOIB and will end the 8 d'octubre of 2010.

    Documentation:
    These sol·licituds s'han d'acompanyar of the following documentation:
    a) Certified photocopy of the NIF of l'associació.
    b) Certified photocopy of the DNI of the representative.
    c) Photocopy certified of the statutes, regulations or writing of constitution of l'entitat, correctly inscribed in the corresponding Register and accreditation of the representation with which the sol·licitud is signed.
    d) If n'és the case, photocopy certified of the receipt of the recognition and register as an organization of producers.
    e) Sol·licitud of transfer order (form TG002) or document crediting of the titularity of the bank account.
    f) Nominal relation of the producers of basis that l'agrupació form, in what s'ha d'indicar the brought production that they commercialized during the period in which reference makes the sol·licitud.
    g) Documentation of justification of l'actuació carried out and of the receipts of expenses. Precisely the justification s'ha d'ajustar to the minimum contents that appears in l'annex II and will go accompanied of the following documents:
    - Certified memory for the secretary or secretary of l'entitat of the activities carried out and of the results obtained corresponding to the period in which reference makes the sol·licitud, and balance d'ingressos and of expenses of the same period and of the annual declaration d'operacions with third party (model 347)
    - Justificatory documentation of the expenses carried out. The justification of the expense s'entendrà made through the presentation of paid bills or documents of equivalent evidential value in the mercantile juridical traffic or with administrative efficiency, with anteriority in the 30 September 2008, that they gather the foreseen requirements and formalities in Royal decree 1496/2003, of 28 November (BOE no. 286, of 29 November 2003) and receipts of payment.
    - In its case, indication of the criteria of distribution of the general costs and/or insinuations, incorporated into the relation of expenses receipts.
    - In its case, the three budgets that, in application of l'article 31.3 of the general Law of subsidies, have sol·licitat the beneficiary.
