Aids of minimis for the promotion of the rearing of the pigs to the exploitations of the Balearic Islands, year 2010
They are subvencionables performances:
1. The incorporation in l'explotació, to split d'1 of July 2009 and before l'1 of July of 2010 of porcastres from 30 to 120 Kg de pes, or, from 4 to 8 months d'edat, until a number equivalent to the 30%, adjusted to the unit, of the reproducers that he orders l'explotació and that appear in the data base of the it WATERS under l'epígraf 'cerdas' in the moment of the completion of the deadline of presentation of sol·licituds of l'ajuda.
2. The incorporation to split d'1 of July 2009 and before l'1 of July 2010 of, at most, a male destined to the reproduction, with a minimum age in 6 months, for every 30 existing reproductive females in the exploitation, that they represent in the data base of the it WATERS under l'epígraf 'cerdas' when this tengui, at least, 15 females in exploitations of black pig and 30 females in exploitations of white pig.

c) L'explotació will have to belong to a sanitary farming group of defense, recognized officially.
d) L'explotació d'un will have to order census equal or superior to 6 females reproductive.
e) L'explotació has to fulfill the that s'estableix in the Law 8/2003, of 24 d'abril, of animal health, about prevention, fight, control and eradication of the illnesses of the animals, and in particular, the program of fight, control and eradication of the illness d'Aujeszky.
f) Have communicated d'haver the farming census in the Register farming d'explotacions of the Balearic Islands before l'1 of March of 2010, in accordance with Royal decree 479/2004, of 26 March.
Maximum deadline for the notification
The maximum deadline to dictate and to notify the resolution express it is of six months to count from l'acabament of the deadline of presentation of sol·licituds and s'ha on notifying individually to the interested persons. This deadline gone by without notifying express resolution to itself, rejected s'entendrà the sol·licitud.

Presentation of requests
The sol·licituds d'ajuda, that s'ajustaran to the minimum contents that figure in l'annex I, s'han d'adreçar to the president of the Background of Guarantee Agricultural and Fishing of the Balearic Islands and s'han of to show, correctly filled, in the register d'entrada of the FOGAIBA, in the register of the Ministry of Presidency or in any of the foreseen registers in l'article 38.4 of Law 30/1992, of 26 November, of juridical regime of the public administrations and of the common administrative procedure.
Periods: The deadline of presentation of sol·licituds will be since the day following in the publication of the present Resolution until the 3rd September 2010.
Documentation:
These sol·licituds have d'adjuntar the following documentation:
a) Certified photocopy of the NIF or DNI of the sol·licitant.
b) Certified photocopy of the DNI of the legal representative, if n'és the case.
c) Photocopy certified of the statutes, regulations or writing of constitution of l'associació, correctly inscribed in the corresponding register, if n'és the case.
d) If n'és the case, documentation crediting of the representation with which the sol·licitud is signed.
e) In the case d'agrupacions without own legal status, in more s'ha d'aportar:
- Document in which the rules or the regulation of functioning that all members have subscribed are reflected.
- Certified photocopy of the DNI and/or of the NIF of the associated persons and of the NIF of l'agrupació, in case that n'hi have. In case one of the associates is a juridical person, has d'aportar, in more, certified photocopy of the DNI of the representative, as well as the document crediting of its representation.
- Document subscribed by all members l'agrupació in which the commitments d'execució that each assumes are made consist of itself expressly.
- Representative nomination d'un or only representative of l'agrupació, with sufficient power to fulfill the duties that, as a beneficiary, correspond to l'agrupació.
- Subscribed commitment by all the members of l'agrupació in which the prohibition is made be itself evident to dissolve l'agrupació until it has not gone by the deadline of prescription that it is foreseen in l'article 22 of the Text revised of the Law of finances of the community autonomous of the Balearic Islands approved by the legislative Decree 1/2005, of 24 June, and in the articles 57 and 60 of the Text revised of the Law of subsidies, 2/2005 approved by the legislative Decree, of 28 December.
f) Document of bank domiciliation (form TG002) duly complimented or document crediting of the titularity of the bank account.
g) Sworn statement of the identification of the animals.
· For the aids to l'adquisició of porcastres and males destined to the reproduction of the pig race black Majorcan inscribed in the genealogical Book:
h) The suitable bills of purchase or documents of equivalent evidential value in the mercantile juridical traffic or with administrative efficiency, which the foreseen requirements and formalities gather in Royal decree 1496/2003, of 28 November (BOE no. 286, of 29 November 2003).
i) Certificate of movement crediting of the origin of the animals.
j) Receipt d'inscripció in the corresponding genealogical book.
k) Sanitary certificate crediting of the undamaged origin of the animal exploitation d'una of the illness d'Aujeszky.
· For the aids to l'adquisició of porcastres and males destined to the reproduction coming officially undamaged d'explotacions of the illness d'Aujeszky or in ways d'obtenció d'aquesta qualification:
l) The suitable bills of purchase or documents of equivalent evidential value in the mercantile juridical traffic or with administrative efficiency, which the foreseen requirements and formalities gather in Royal decree 1496/2003, of 28 November (BOE no. 286, of 29 November 2003).
m) Certified of movement and sanitary certificate crediting of the origin of the animal exploitation d'una officially undamaged of the illness d'Aujeszky or in ways d'obtenció d'aquesta qualification.
