Aids for the reuse and the maintenance of the farming instal·lacions, within the framework of the Flat pilot established with regard to Law 45/2007, of 13 December, for the sustainable development of the rural environment, for l'any 2010

Fostering the recovery and the maintenance, with criteria of sustainable development, of the instal·lacions of the agricultural farming exploitations in the zone of Campos - ses Salines for its adequacy and reuse for farming uses.
To fulfill these objectives the following performances are promoted:
a) LINE 1. The instal·lació renewable d'energies and/or computer l'adquisició d'equips for agricultural use (as much software as hardware) to active farming exploitations.
b) LINE 2. L'adequació and reuse of the farming instal·lacions of bovine existing in disuse, for its realization as extensive farming instal·lacions d'activitats.

Addressees

1. LINE 1:
They will be able to be beneficiaries for the foreseen aids to the letter to of the point 3 of l'apartat first, the physical or juridical persons, or the groups without own legal status, who to the date d'acabament of presentation of sol·licituds are farming holders d'explotacions of the Balearic Islands, as well as those that turn up as sharecroppers, d'aquestes exploitations and they have l'autorització of its headlines, the exploitations of which fulfill, the following requirements, to the date d'acabament of presentation of sol·licituds:
a) L'explotació have d'estar inscribed in the Register d'explotacions stockbreeders (IT WATERS).
b) L'explotació have d'estar inscribed in the general Register agricultural d'explotacions of the Balearic Islands (RGEA), pass mark by Decree 53/2006, of 16 June.
c) That the farming instal·lacions of l'explotació are placed in the municipal areas of Campos and of ses Salines.

LINE 2:
They will be able to be beneficiaries of the foreseen aids to the b letter of the point 3 of l'apartat first, the physical or juridical persons, or the groups without own legal status, who to the date d'acabament of presentation of sol·licituds, are owners or that are in legal possession of the terrains and of the farming instal·lacions of bovine in disuse, where the investment is projected and they are placed in the municipal areas of Campos and of ses Salines.
Farming instal·lacions will be considered of bovine en desús those that, from l'1 of January 2010, not animal tenguin of bovine inscribed in it WATERS it. These instal·lacions, from the quoted date, will not be able to have been destined to another species either.
If is not from it owner s'haurà d'acreditar l'autorització to carry out the investments.

Periods

The deadline of presentation of sol·licituds he will start to count out from the following day of the date of publication d'aquesta Resolution in the BOIB and will finish day 6 d'agost of 2010.

Maximum deadline for the notification

The maximum deadline to dictate and to notify the express resolution is from six months from l'acabament of the deadline of presentation of sol·licituds and s'ha of notifying individually to the interested persons. Gone by this deadline without assets-him to notify the express resolution, the interested person will be able to understand as rejected its sol·licitud.
