REOPENING OF THE DEADLINE TO SHOW REQUESTS. Subsidies for the utilization of advice services, year 2010
It is reopened the deadline of requests presentation until the 22nd October 2010.
This line of aids intends to foster the utilization of the services of advice destined to improving the global performance of the agricultural exploitations, in accordance with the Order of the counselor of Agriculture and Fishing of 18 December 2007, for which the bases regulatory of the concession of subsidies within the framework of the Program of Rural Development of the Balearic Islands are established, that was published in the Official Bulletin of the Balearic Islands no. 188, of 20 December 2007.
Addressees
Beneficiaries can be the physical or juridical persons that in the moment of the request of help it are headlines of an agricultural exploitation that it is in the general Register of agricultural exploitations of the Balearic Islands inscribed.
Maximum deadline for the resolution
The maximum deadline to dictate and to notify the express resolution it is from six months from the date of completion of the deadline of requests of help presentation and it has to be notified individually to the interested persons. Gone by this time without having notified the resolution to itself it expresses, the request will be understood rejected.

Presentation of requests
The persons concerned will have to present the requests of help, which they will fit to the minimum contents that appear in the annex I, addressed to the president of the FOGAIBA, in the register of the FOGAIBA, of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fishing or in any of the registers that foresees the article 38.4 of Law 30/1992, of 26 November, of juridical regime of the administrations public and of the procedure administrative majority.
Periods: The deadline of requests presentation will end on 22 October 2010.
Documentation:
The requests of help have to go accompanied of the following documentation:
a) If the applicant is a physical person, certified photocopy of the DNI.
b) If the applicant is a juridical person, certified photocopy of the CIF of the juridical entity and of the social statutes correctly inscribed in the corresponding register.
c) Certified photocopy of the DNI of the legal representative, if it is proper, and document that proves the representation.
d) Request of transfer order (form TG002) or document crediting of the titularity of the bank account.
e) Budget of the services to loan object of advice for the entity of advice with indication of all services (public health, animal health, vegetal health, environment and animal welfare, good agricultural and environmental conditions, technical and economic management, work security financier, clerk, etc), with indication broken down of the cost of each service.
