Ordinary sanctionative procedure for offenses of the regulations of waste

The object of the procedure consists of the procedure of sanctionative reports, for the commission pressumpta for severe offenses or very severe, that they find typified in the sections 2 and 3 of the article 46 of Law 22/2011, of 28 July, of waste and polluted grounds.
The formalities of the procedure are the following ones:
- Agreement of beginning of the general director of Natural Environment, Environmental Education and Climatic Change.
- 15 days to formulate allegations, to show documents and to propose test.
- Proposal of resolution of the instructor.
- 15 days to formulate allegations, to show documents and to propose test.
- Resolution of the counselor of Environment or of the Council of Government.

Addressees

In accordance with what establishes the article 45 of Law 22/2011, of waste and polluted grounds, they will be able to be sanctioned by the facts constitutive of the administrative offenses collected in this law, any physical or juridical person who carries them out.
