Aids for the groups of producers in the sectors ovine and caprí, for l’any 2011

S’aprova the call d’ajudes for l’any 2011, to foster the reform and integral adequacy of the sectors ovine and caprí a través d’agrupacions of producers, in application of the Royal decree 104/2008, d’1 of February, for which s’estableixen the regulatory bases for the concession of the subsidies to the groups of producers in the sectors ovine and caprí (BOE no. 29, of 2 February 2008).

Territorial L’àmbit d’aplicació d’aquestes aids it is the autonomous community of the Balearic Islands.

Addressees

Beneficiaries for the foreseen aids in this Resolution can be the groups of producers in the ovine sector and caprí that, with anteriority to the date d’acabament of the deadline of presentation of the requests, gather the following requirements:

Requisites

a) Tenguin legal status and the social headquarters placed in the autonomous community of the Balearic Islands.
b) Are groups of new constitution, in the case d’ajudes for the constitution and development of common l’estructura of management.
So that he can consider itself like in such s’hauran d’inscriure in the corresponding public register between the date of request presentation and the date of concession resolution of l’ajuda, and fulfill the minimum census of l’annex I of Royal decree 104/2008, d’1 of February, for which s’estableixen the regulatory bases for the concession of the subsidies to the groups of producers in the sectors ovine and caprí.
c) Are composed as producing in activity of the sectors ovine and caprí, placed to the autonomous community of the Balearic Islands, which they represent, in its whole, a suitable census with l’objecte of its activity, the minimum value of reproducers of which is contemplated in the point 4 of the present remote.
d) D’adaptar, of joint way and d’acord with the objectives of the common organizations of market, the production of its members to the demands of the market, in particular through the concentration of l’oferta, the reduction in costs and the improvement of the quality, have been created with the purpose.
e) D’almenys order a center of typification and/or commercialization in common.
S’entendrà for center of commercialization any installation that implies the starting of common services for the grouped ones different of the typification of mens, as for example: the points of meeting and centers of herd collection in zones of difficult orography, which allows its boarding in goods vehicles that fulfill the conditions of welfare; also the centers of reproducers where stallions d’alta can maintain quality, acquired in common, to favor the genetic improvement of the grouped exploitations.
In any case, the services of sale and distribution of raw materials for feeding, d’abonaments, veterinary medicines, etc, or any other commercial service will not be considered as centers of commercialization.
S’entendrà for typification, l’obtenció of homogeneous batches of mens or kids, which fattening up orderly in views allows them ages to its sacrifice, for weights, and productive aptitude in a permanent installation or center of typification.
e) Order its social d’una with enough qualified to lodge the different services of management.
f) That all the producers integral of l’agrupació they fulfill the requirements of l’annex I of the Regulations (CE) no. 70/2001 of the Commission, of 12 January of 2001, relative in l’aplicació of articles 87 and 88 of the CE Treaty to the state aids in the small ones and undertaken averages.
g) Group, at least, two producers in activity in the sectors ovine and caprí.

The maximum deadline to dictate the resolution express it is of six months to count from l’acabament of the deadline of requests presentation.
