Electoral processes sport federations that opt for the system of representation for clubs

This procedure aims at the call of l’assemblea of the sport federations that opt for the system of representation for clubs, in order to configure its composition and elect the corresponding presidents later, and if it is proper, the boards of directors for period 2012-2016.

These federations will have to follow the formalities that are next detailed:

1. Approval in Assembly General Extraordinària of the previous and preparatory performances and of the electoral documentation, without harm of l’aprovació of the text revised of the Statutes (attached A-1 in A-5). (Access to the formality A-1)

2. Presentation of the relation borne d’assembleistes to the General Direction d’Esports. (Access to the formality A-2)

3. Choice of president and of board of directors, if it is proper. (Access to the formality A-3)

Sport federations of the Balearic Islands recognized and inscribed in the Register d’Entitats Sportive from the Balearic Islands that opt for the system of representation for clubs

Requisites

The sport federations of the Balearic Islands have to summon the electoral processes, once published the resolution of the competent counselor in matter d’esports for which him n’estableix its beginning, in any case before the 30 September 2012 (to see formality A-1).

Initiation Formality: Ratification of the previous and preparatory performances of the electoral process and of the electoral documentation without harm of the text revised of the Statutes of the sport federations of the Balearic Islands


    The procedure aims at the ratification of the previous and preparatory performances of the electoral processes and of the electoral documentation, without harm of the text revised of the approved Statutes by the assemblies of the sport federations of the Balearic Islands. in relation to the federative electoral processes that s’han of summoning every four years and they have to coincide with olympic l’any (Olympic Games d’Estiu)


    Requisites:
    Presentation in front of the DGE of l’original and a collated copy of l’acta of general l’assemblea in which approved s’han the previous performances and the electoral documentation, with 2 exemplary original d’aquesta and, if s’escau, of the text revised of the Statutes

Initiation Formality: A-2 Presentation relation borne assembly members


    Having constancy, on the part of the General Direction d’Esports, of the composition of l’òrgan of government, among the members of which n’ha of being elected the president or the president of the federation, and if n’és the case, the board of directors.

    Periods: Depending on the specific dates that appear in the respective federative electoral calendars ratified by the General Direction d’Esports.

    Place: General Direction d’Esports.

    Documentation:
    Electoral board will send the relation of assembly members and the certificate of the secretary or the secretary of the electoral board with the approval of the president or of the president who proves the proclamation of the borne assembly members (article 20.3 of the Decree 86/2008)

    Requisites:
    - Being a sport federation recognized and registered in the Register Sport d’Entitats of the Balearic Islands and on which federative l’assemblea has agreed previously that the system of representation will be for clubs.

    - That s’hagi dictated by competent l’òrgan a resolution for which the previous and preparatory performances of the electoral process and the electoral documentation, without harm of the text revised of the Statutes of the sport federations of the Balearic Islands, are ratified.

Initiation Formality: Choice of president and of board of directors, if it is proper


    The procedure aims at the inscription in the Register d’Entitats Sportive and publication in the BOIB of the boards of directors of the sport federations of the Balearic Islands (in relation to the federative electoral processes that s’han of summoning every four years and they have to coincide with olympic l’any -Olympic Games d’Estiu-.)


    Place: General Direction of Sports

    Documentation:
    a) Sol•licitud d’ inscription of the board of directors of the federation in the Register Sport d’Entitats of the Balearic Islands directed to the General Direction d’Esports.

    b) Original and copy to collate of l’acta of general l’Assemblea in which s’ha proceeded to the vote of the president of the federation and board of directors, if s’escau. (In the supposition that s’hagi agreed on previously for assembly that the board of directors will also be elected by l’Assemblea). This document s’entén processed on the occasion of the ratification of the president since d’una is treated joint choice.

    c) Writing of the president elect of the federation of designation of the members that shape its board of directors (in the supposition that s’hagi agreed on previously by l’assemblea that the board of directors will be designated for the president once this is ratified by the DGE)
    *Si a sport federation has conceded for assembly that l’òrgan of management and administration will be individual, once ratified the president is come to its inscription and posterior publication in the BOIB, since all functions will fall on the person of the president and not tendrà board of directors.

    Requisites:
    1. With previous character:

    - Being a sport federation recognized and registered in the Register Sport d’Entitats of the Balearic Islands, which he has approved for assembly that the form of l’òrgan of management and administration will be col•legiada, that is, board of directors.

    - That s’hagi dictated by competent l’òrgan a resolution for which the previous and preparatory performances of the process electoral and of the electoral documentation are ratified sens perjudici of the text revised of the Statutes of the sport federations of the Balearic Islands.

    - That s’hagi presented to the General Direction d’Esports a relation of the borne assembly members and a certification of the electoral board that proves the proclamation of the candidates.

    - That s’hagi dictated by competent l’òrgan a resolution for which the president elect of the corresponding federation is ratified, in case the federation has agreed on the president elect designating the board of directors.

    2. The president or the president or the electoral board has to communicate the DGE, the Balearic Assembly of the Sport and the corresponding Spanish federation the composition of the board of directors designated by the president or the president with assignment of charges or elect for the general assembly.
