Combined agricultural aids for the recruitment d’assegurances to the autonomous community of the Balearic Islands corresponding to annual Plan 2012.

S’aprova, through the procedure anticipated of expense, the call d’ajudes for l’any 2012, destined to promoting the recruitment of the agricultural insurances, d’acord with what establishes l’Ordre of the counselor d’Agricultura and Fishing, of 10 March 2005, for which s’estableixen the bases regulatory of the subsidies in the sectors agricultural and fishing, published in the Official Bulletin of the Balearic Islands no. 43, of 17 March 2005.

Territorial L’àmbit d’aplicació d’aquestes aids it is the autonomous community of the Balearic Islands, except for the lines d’assegurança destined to covering expenses derived from the destruction d’animals bovine dead men in l’explotació, l’àmbit d’aplicació of which it will come off limited to the exploitations of l’illa of Menorca.

Beneficiaries d’aquesta will not be able to be line d’ajudes the big companies nor the companies dedicated to the transformation and commercialization of agricultural produce, in accordance with what the community Guidelines about state aids establish to the agricultural industry and forest 2007-2013. To effects d’identificar the big companies, s’haurà of taking the definition contained in l’annex I of the Regulations (CE) into account no. 70/2001 of the Commission, of 12 January of 2001, relative in l’aplicació of articles 87 and 88 of the CE Treaty to the state aids in the small ones and undertaken averages.

The general requirements established in the point 1 s’hauran of maintaining during a deadline not inferior to a year to count from the date of the resolution of concession of l’ajuda.

Maximum deadline for the resolution

The maximum deadline to dictate the resolution is from six months to count from the presentation, on part d’AGROSEGURO, of the foreseen certifications in the point 8.2 of the Resolution.

The resolutions will be notified through publication in the BOIB, once in l’any, of all the resolutions made for this call.

The formalization of the corresponding policy of contract of l’assegurança, on the part of the beneficiaries, tendrà the consideration of request d’ajuda, whenever it is carried out in the deadlines of subscription established by the valid regulations and is correctly filled or has been corrected, in its case, by AGROSEGURO, SA, so much for the elements of the contract, d’acord with what foresees the applicable regulations there, as for the data necessary for the determination of l’ajuda corresponding to the policy subscribed.
