- The form of initiation of ifici only makes reference to the consolidation of the initial degree.
- At present, the competence to resolve is delegated on in the general director of Public Function, Public Administrations and Quality of the Services, for Resolution of the counselor of Public Administrations of 17 February 2012, published in the BOIB no. 37 of 10 March 2012.
