Aids for the promotion of the wine in markets of third countries, year 2011
It is an object of the present Resolution to summon, for l’any 2011, the aids for the promotion of the wine, in markets of third countries, foreseen in the Section 1st of the Chapter II of the Royal decree 244/2009, of 27 February, for l’aplicació of the measures of the program of support to the Spanish wine industry-related sector (BOE no. 51, of 28 February 2009).
L’àmbit d’aplicació will be the autonomous community of the Balearic Islands.
Addressees
Beneficiaries for the foreseen aids in this call can be the entities that s’indiquen in l’article 5 of the Royal decree 244/2009, of 27 February, that with anteriority in l’acabament of the deadline of presentation of the requests the foreseen requirements in this article and that carry out the foreseen performances in l’apartat fulfill quarter of the present Resolution.
Requisites
The expenses derived from l’aplicació of the foreseen actions in the sections 1 and 2 of l’article 4 will be able to be subvencionables of the Royal decree 244/2009, of 27 February, and the foreseen requirements in the 6, 7 and 8.2 d’aquest articles will have to fulfill Royal decree.
The subvencionables programs d’actuacions in this call s’hauran d’executar in the period understood between l’1 d’agost of 2011 and the 31st July 2012.
Regarding the modification of the actions and programs d’aplicació will be the one that orders l’article 12 of the Royal mentioned decree.
In any case, s’haurà of to take into account that the programs subsidized in the frame of the Royal decree 244/2009, of 27 February, will be able to have the duration máxima for beneficiary foreseen al punt 3 of Royal l’article 4 d’aquest decree.

Presentation of requests
The requests d’ajuda, that s’ajustaran to the minimum contents that appear in l’annex I, s’han d’adreçar to the president of the FOGAIBA.
Periods: The deadline of requests presentation it will be until the 31st from March 2011.
Place: The requests d’ajuda s’han of showing in the register of the FOGAIBA, in that of the Ministry of Presidency or in any of the registers that foresees l’article 38.4 of Law 30/1992, of 26 November, of juridical regime of the public administrations and of the common administrative procedure.
Documentation:
These requests, the model of which will be able to be obtained on the web page http://www.caib.es, have d’adjuntar the following documentation:
a) Certified photocopy of the NIF of the applicant.
b) Certified photocopy of the DNI of the legal representative.
c) Document crediting of the representation with which the applicant performs.
d) Photocopy certified of the social statutes correctly inscribed in the corresponding register.
e) He programs with the minimum information contained 244/2009 in l’annex III of the Royal decree, of 27 February.
In the case d’agrupacions of physical or juridical persons without own legal status, in more s’haurà d’aportar:
- Document in which the rules or the regulation of functioning that all members have subscribed are reflected.
- Certified photocopy of the DNI and/or of the NIF of the associated persons and of the NIF of l’agrupació, in case that n’hi have. In case one of the associates is a juridical person, has d’aportar, in more, certified photocopy of the DNI of the representative, as well as the document crediting of its representation.
- Document subscribed by all members l’agrupació in which the commitments d’execució that each assumes are made consist of itself expressly.
- Representative nomination d’un or only representative of l’agrupació, with sufficient power to fulfill the duties that, as a beneficiary, correspond to l’agrupació.
- Commitment subscribed by all the members of l’agrupació, in which the prohibition is made be itself evident of dissolving l’agrupació until it has not gone by the deadline of prescription that he foresees l’article 22 of the Text revised of the Law of finances of the autonomous community of the Balearic Islands, pass mark by the legislative Decree 1/2005, of 24 June, and the articles 57 and 60 of the Text revised of the Law of subsidies, approved by legislative Decree 2/2005, of 28 December.
g) Document of bank domiciliation (form TG002) or document crediting of the titularity of the bank account. In the case d’agrupacions of physical or juridical persons without own legal status, s’haurà d’aportar this document of each of its members.
h) Necessary documentation to prove the fulfillment of the foreseen extremes in l’annex IV of the Royal decree 244/2009, of 27 February.
