Convocatoria 2007-2008: Formative performances directed to the non signatory collaborator centers of contract-program

Resolution of the counselor of Work and Formation, by day 21 December 2007, for which the call is opened by year 2008, to show requests of formative performances framed in the Objective 3 of the European Social Background, directed to the non signatory collaborator centers of contract-program and to the students of these formative actions, so that they can show requests of helps for nursery and/or custody and for transport.

Addressees

Beneficiaries:
Beneficiaries for the subsidies for formative performances, object of this call, can be the centers standardized of the Plan FIP, inscribed in the census of collaborators centers, as well as the centers proved, whenever they do not have a contract-program subscribed, in accordance with the requirements specified in the chapter I of the title III of Decree 11/2000, of 4 February.
The requests shown by the group of different centers come off excluded from this call collaborators, in which reference makes the article 22 of the Decree 11/2000, of 4 February, for which they regulate the programs of occupational professional training in the area of the Balearic Islands (BOIB no. 21, of 17 February).

Addressees of the actions:
1. The requested programming has to address itself to a minimum of 14 pupils, except the actions to execute in Formentera, which have to have a minimum of 8 pupils. Exceptionally, performances addressed to an inferior number of pupils, in the cases that are duly justified, will be able to be approved.
2. The profile of the pupils has to accomplish the requirements specified in the description of the performances that appears in the section 2 of the resolution of the call.
3. The discontinuous permanent workers in period of work inactivity will have the consideration of workers in active situation, to the effects of taking part in the formative actions of axis 3, in order to improve the qualification and favor the professional promotion and mobility.
4. The discontinuous permanent workers in period of work inactivity and the workers with contracts of employment inferior to twenty weekly hours, will have the consideration of workers in situation of unemployment to the effects of taking part in the performances 1.1.2 and 1.3.2.

Periods

The deadline to show requests of programming it is from twenty natural days, meters since the following day of the publication of this resolution in the Official Bulletin of the Balearic Islands.
Last day of presentation of requests is on the 18th from January 2008.

Administrative Silence

The counselor of Work and Formation, once the report of the Council of Professional Training of the Balearic Islands about the proposal of programming has been attended to, within the framework of the budgetary availability, has to dictate a resolution of approval or of, duly motivated denial, which he has to notify to the interested person. The resolution of approval is conditioned to the presentation of the formative project, in accordance with the applicable regulations, and to the procedure of the corresponding administrative report.

The requests of programming have to formalize in the model that it facilitates the General Direction of Active Policies, Employment and Formation and have to be shown in the Register of the Ministry of Work and Formation or for any in the ways that the article 38.4 of Law 30/1992 regulates, of 26 November, of juridical regime of the public administrations and of the common administrative procedure (BOE no. 285, of 27 November), modified by Law 4/1999, of 13 January (BOE no. 12, of 14 January)
The entities can only show programming to impart in the facilities that they have standardized or accredited with own titularity.
