Aids to foster the production of agricultural produce of quality, year 2010

L’objecte d’aquestes aids it is that of promoting and consolidating l’elaboració of products of quality in the Balearic Islands, for such d’augmentar the competitiveness and the quality of the agricultural production.

Addressees

Beneficiaries for the foreseen aids to the present call will be able to be the regulatory councils, the juridical and economic regime of which s’estableix in the Decree 49/2004, of 28 May, that gather the following requirements, in the moment of presentation of the request d’ajuda:
a) That they manage without profit motive one of the following brands of quality of agricultural produce destined to the human consumption:
- The denominations d’origen and specific or geographical indications protected according to the Regulations (CE) no. 510/2006 of the Council, of 20 March 2006.
- Wines with denomination d’origen protected by the Regulations (CE) no. 1234/2007 of the Council, of 22 d’octubre of 2007, by which a common organization of agricultural markets is created and s’estableixen specific disposals for determinate agricultural produce and for the Regulations (CE) no. 491/2009 of the Council, of 25 May 2009, that modifies it.
- The integrated production protected by the Royal decree 1201/2002, of 20 November, the Decree 66/1998, of 26 June, and the Decree 131/1997, of 24 d’octubre.
b) That they fulfill the requirements to be considered as PIMES, according to what establishes l’annex I of the Regulations (CE) no. 70/2001 of the Commission, of 12 January of 2001, relative in l’aplicació of articles 87 and 88 of the CE Treaty to the state aids in the small ones and undertaken averages.

    The interested persons who fulfill the foreseen requirements in this call will be able to present the requests ,les quals s’ajustaran to the minimum contents that figure in l’annex I, have d’anar addressed to the president of the FOGAIBA and s’han of showing in the register of the FOGAIBA, of the Ministry of Presidency or to any of the registers that foresees l’article 38.4 of Law 30/1992, of 26 November, of juridical regime of the public administrations and of the common administrative procedure.

    Periods: The deadline of requests presentation he will start to count out Resolution from the date of publication d’aquesta in the BOIB and he will finish the 30 d’octubre of 2010.

    Documentation:
    These requests have d’adjuntar the following documentation:
    certified a)Fotocòpia of the NIF of l’entitat.
    certified b)Fotocòpia of the DNI of the representative who signs the request and documentation that proves this representation.
    c)Fotocòpia certified of the statutes social, correctly inscribed in the corresponding register, or of the internal regulations of functioning.
    d)Sol·licitud of transfer order (form TG002) or document crediting of the titularity of the bank account.
    e)Certificat of state l’agència of Tributary l’Administració, in case d’estar exempt from showing liquidation of l’IVA.
    justificatory f)Documentació of the fulfillment of the requirement of PIME:
    -the last shown document TC2 of the Social Security;
    -and the last annual accounts with the indication of the total d’ingressos of l’entitat.
    g)Pla d’actuacions to develop, that it will include a description of the performances to carry out and of its economic appraisal, attaching copy of the corresponding work contracts or of the last payrolls.
    h)Els three budgets in the case of what establishes the point 4 of l’apartat fourth d’aquesta Resolution.
