Aids for the development of new markets and campaigns of promotion for products of the fishing and l’aqüicultura, year 2010

The object aids of the present call have the public funding of the performances d’interès as a purpose destined to applying a policy of quality and valuation, the development of new markets or campaigns of promotion for the products of the local fishing and l’aqüicultura, among them:
a) Promotion of the consumption
b) Awareness for the protection of the resources
c) External projection
d) Promotion of the quality

Addressees

Beneficiaries for the aids summoned through this Resolution will be able to be the public Administrations, the companies and public or private entities, the organizations of fishing producers and associative entities of the sector fishing and of l’aqüicultura, that tenguin the fiscal address in the Balearic Islands in the moment of the presentation of the sol•licituds and that carry out the performances of the present Resolution.

Maximum deadline for the resolution

Six months.

Maximum deadline for the notification

The maximum deadline to dictate and to notify the express resolution is from six months from l’acabament of the deadline of presentation of sol•licituds and s’ha of notifying individually to the interested persons. This time gone by without having notified the express resolution to itself, the interested person will be able to understand as rejected its sol•licitud.

    The interested persons who fulfill the foreseen requirements in this call will be able to present the sol•licituds, that they will have to have the minimum contents that appear in l’annex I, to go addressed to the president of the Background of Guarantee Agricultural and Fishing of the Balearic Islands and to turn up in the register of the FOGAIBA, in the register of the Ministry of Presidency or in any of the registers that foresees l’article 38.4 of Law 30/1992, of 26 November, of juridical regime of the public administrations and of the common administrative procedure.

    Periods: The deadline of presentation of sol•licituds of the aids summoned through this Resolution will be since the day following of the date of the publication and he will finish the 29 d’octubre of 2010.

    Documentation:
    These sol•licituds have d’adjuntar the following documentation:
    a) Certified photocopy of the DNI, NIF or NIE of the sol•licitant.
    b) Certified photocopy of the DNI of the legal representative, if n’és the case.
    c) Photocopy certified of the document constitutive of l’entitat or social statutes duly inscribed in the corresponding register, or registral certificate d’inscripció of the mentioned documents.
    d) Document crediting of the representation with which that one who signs the sol•licitud performs, if n’és the case. This accreditation has d’estar in force in the moment of the sol•licitud.
    e) In the case d’agrupacions without legal status, also s’ha d’aportar:
    - Document in which the rules or the regulation of functioning that all members have subscribed are reflected.
    - Certified photocopy of the DNI of the associated persons and of the NIF of l’agrupació, in the case that se’n orders.
    - Document subscribed by all the members of l’agrupació in which the commitments d’execució that each assumes are made figure itself expressly.
    - Representative nomination d’un or only representative of l’agrupació, with sufficient power to fulfill the duties that correspond to l’agrupació as a beneficiary.
    - Document subscribed by all the members of l’agrupació in what the commitment not to dissolve l’agrupació until it has gone by the deadline of prescription is made be itself evident that l’article 22 of the legislative Decree foresees 1/2005, of 24 June, for which s’aprova the Text revised of the Law of finances of the community autonomous of the Balearic Islands, and the articles 57 and 60 of legislative Decree 2/2005, of 28 December, for which s’aprova the Text revised of the Law of subsidies.
    f) Sol•licitud of transfer order (form TG002) or document crediting of the titularity of the bank account. In the case d’agrupacions without legal status each member of l’agrupació will have to show the sol•licituds of transfer order.
    g) Budget pro forma or bills of the performances to carry out. When the amount exceeds d’equipament pro forma or rendering of services pro forma, three budgets pro forma or bills pro forma the 12.000,00 euros in the event of supply of goods.
    h) Descriptive and detailed memory of the performances to carry out.
    i) If n’és the case, plan d’actuació for the effective equality of women and men.
    j) Any other documentation than necessary s’estimi.
