The object that is aimed for is to regulate the conditions temporary d’accés and functioning of the service d’estades in the residence and center by day Son Güells of Palma. For more information consult aquí.

Addressees

Persons with severe physical disability.

Requisites

a) Having between 18 and 65 years in the date of presentation of the sol•licitud.

b) Being affected by a physical disability, illness of Parkinson or other neurodegeneratives illnesses that prevent it from carrying out basic activities of the daily life, which s’ha d’acreditar with the recognition of the degree of disability d’un 65 % and of need d’ajuda of third person for the activities of the daily life, or with the recognition of the situation of dependence in degree II or degree III.

c) Living in Spanish territory and to have made it along the last five years, of which the two immediately former to the date of presentation of the sol•licitud have to be in a town of the autonomous community of the Balearic Islands, fact that s’ha d’acreditar with the corresponding certificate d’empadronament.

d) Not suffering an illness that requires attention in a hospital.

e) Not suffering disorders of behavior or of communal life.

Periods

There is not deadline for the presentation.

Maximum deadline for the resolution

The maximum deadline for the notification and resolution is from 30 days meters from the date d’entrada of the request in the register of the General Direction d’Atenció in the Dependence.

The requests s’han of showing, preferably, Inca, Manacor, Maó and Eivissa in the offices of the General Direction d’Atenció in the Dependence from Palma.
