They are forced to in sol•licitar the inscription of the agricultural machines:
• The farmers and its associations, headlines of the same ones, by which they are destined to the realization of agricultural, farming or forest works.
• The companies of agricultural services that tasks in foreign exploitations of the same activity apply them to the realization d’aquestes, any that is the type d’operació and of economic contract.
• The official organizations that use them in tasks specific to agricultural mechanization.

Observations

The machinery that it is forced to being registered is the following:
• The agricultural tractors of wheels, of any type, power and weight, and the agricultural trailers, that the authorized maximum weight exceeds of 750 kg.
• The tractors of chains, power tillers, bearers, tractocarros and agricultural selfmotor machines, of any type, power and weight.
• The agricultural machines dragged with authorized maximum weight that exceeds 750 kg.
• Teams of phytosanitary treatments and of distribution of fertilizers.
• The agricultural machines not included in the former sections, for which s’hagi sol•licitat a credit or official subsidy or those that competent l’autoritat determines.
