Presentation of complaints and complaints in front of the Office of Defense of the Rights of the Minor for the research of threat situations and/or breach of the rights of the minors.

Regulation of the complaints and complaints of the individuals about the activity related with matter of minors that the public administrations that perform in the geographical area carry out of the autonomous community of the Balearic Islands, as well as the activity of any physical person, undertaken entity, association, foundation or any juridical person that he uses, it acts or loans services in under age in the autonomous community of the Balearic Islands.

- Every natural or juridical person, with independence of its nationality, residence or age.
- Motivatedly, the members of the Parliament of the Islands Baleares.

Writing of complaint or of complaint without fastening to any official nor formal model and documentation that is considered appropriate for the research.

- In the General Register of the Ministry of Social Affairs, Promotion and Immigration of the Government of the Balearic Islands, and to any register that depends on the autonomic Administration of the Balearic Islands.

In l’efecte of the mentioned Decree, s’entén for Public Administration, autonomic l’Administració and the local administrations lain in the territory of the autonomous Community of the Balearic Islands (insular councils, associations and town councils). Moreover, the entities of public law with own legal status linked to the mentioned administrations.
Of the writings of complaint or of complaint which it are not signed, that they are sent for fax, electronic mail or through the form a través d’Internet, l’Oficina of Defense of the Rights of the Minor jar sol•licitar-of it the ratification in l’entitat or the interested person.
Under no circumstances l’Oficina of Defense of the Rights of the Minor can intervene in valid procedures for the resolution d’interessos individual, the procedure or resolution of which it is ordered in jurisdictional organs or that ordered protective d’actuacions require to competent public l’entitat.
The presentation d’un writing of complaint or complaint in front of l’Oficina of Defense of the Rights of the Minor, it does not interrupt the deadlines to interpose the legal actions that can correspond to l’entitat or the interested person, for the administrative way in front of the corresponding public organization, or by judicial proceeding in front of the courts or courts of justice that corresponds; he does not suspend either and it does not interrupt the deadlines for l’execució of the resolutions or the administrative or judicial events, or the legal deadlines to resort to it against, if it is proper.
