The investments in inventariables goods and the expenses derived from the work recruitment of technical staff and clerk for the implantation of the services of management, substitution and advice will be an object of subsidy.

Addressees

Beneficiaries for these aids can be the entities, with own legal status, that carry out the performances that are mentioned in the fourth section of this Resolution and that, before the proposal of concession resolution is dictated, they have been recognized by the General Direction of Agriculture and Development Rural of the Ministry of Presidency and inscribed in the Register of entities with services of advice or management.

    The persons concerned who fulfill the foreseen requirements in this call they will be able to show the sol•licituds d’ajuda that s’han d’ajustar to the minimum contents that appear in l’annex I, addressed to the president of the Background of Guarantee Agricultural and Pesquera of the Balearic Islands, and s’hauran of showing in the register of the FOGAIBA, in the register of the Ministry of Presidency, or to any of the registers that are foreseen in l’article 38.4 of Law 30/1992, of 26 November, of juridical regime of the public administrations and of the administrative procedure majority.
    Just s’admetrà a sol•licitud d’ajuda for beneficiary. In case more d’una sol•licitud is shown in the established deadline, will only be taken into account the that s’hagi shown last.

    Periods: The deadline of presentation of the sol•licituds d’ajuda will be a Resolution since the following day of the publication d’aquesta in the Official Bulletin of the Balearic Islands and will finish the 26th November 2010.

    Documentation:
    The sol•licitud d’ajuda have d’anar accompanied of the following documentation:
    a) Photocopy certified of the CIF of l’entitat and of the social statutes correctly inscribed in the corresponding register.
    b) Certified photocopy of the DNI of the legal representative and of the document that proves the representation with which that one who signs the sol•licitud performs.
    c) Sol•licitud of transfer order (form TG002) or document crediting of the titularity of the bank account.
    d) In case d’inversions in inventariables goods, explanatory memory of the investments to carry out d’aquestes, with specification of the foreseen annual cost d’execució, together with the budget pro forma or bills investments and, in its case, the three offers of suppliers foreseen in l’apartat quarter, point 6 of the present Resolution.
    e) In the event of work recruitment of technical and administrative staff, explanatory memory of the places of work foreseen with specification of its annual cost.
