INCREASE OF CREDIT. Aids to the equí sector, for year 2010, through the procedure anticipated of expense.

The credit of this line of aids has been increased.

The first paragraph of the point has been modified 1st of the sixth section of the Resolution, which remains written up in the following way:

"1. The following performances can be subsidized that are carried out from the presentation of the request until the 30th June 2011."


Through this Resolution five lines of subsidy are summoned:
a) Aids to the investments in small and medium equines undertaken ones dedicated to the production and breeding of èquids.
b) Aids to the associations and groups of small and medium ones producing of èquids.
c) Aids to the investments in small and medium equines agricultural undertaken ones dedicated to the transformation and commercialization of horse meat.
d) Aids to the small and medium non agricultural undertaken ones and other institutions.
e) Aids to the formation.

The deadline of requests presentation he will start to count out since the following day that of the date of publication of the present Resolution and it will end on 31 March 2010.

Six months.

Maximum deadline for the notification

The maximum deadline to notify the express resolution is from six months, to count from the finishing of the deadline of requests presentation and the interested persons has to be notified individually. This deadline without notifying resolution to itself expresses it once gone by, the request will be understood rejected.
