Appraising and qualifying the situation of disability that a person can show, and guarantee the equality of conditions with this for the access of the citizens to the benefits, the economic rights and the services that the public organizations and other entities concede. Addressees

All those persons who can have a restriction or an absence of the capacity to carry out an activity, in the form or in the margin that is considered normal for a human being.

Requisites

-Resident Spanish or foreign being legally in Spain.

-To prove some physical, psychic or sensory disability.

Maximum deadline for the resolution

The maximum deadline to resolve and notifcar is from three months from the entry of the request in the register of the competent organ to process it.

Rate for the request of revision of the degree of disability (20 € - Law 15/2012 of general budgets of the CAIB for l?any 2013).

Payment of the corresponding rate:

To formalize the rate by the request of revision of the degree of disability the model of form DUI-046 has to be filled in, in which can be accessed if aquí.

Once the data of the corresponding model introduced, the Portal offers the possibility to print the model and to make the payment afterwards in a bank collaborator, or of making the telematic payment directly.
