Increase of the credit destined to the aids for the fight against the erosion in fragile environments of woody crops in terraces and pending and the maintenance of the rural landscape

Through this Resolution the credit of the line of aids has been broadened that it regulates the Resolution of the president of the Background of Guarantee Agricultural and Fishing of the Balearic Islands (FOGAIBA) of 30 January 2009 for which the call, for year 2009, of aids is approved for the fight against the erosion in environments fragile of woody crops in terraces and pending and the maintenance of the rural landscape.

This Resolution modified through the Resolution of the president of the FOGAIBA, of 12 April 2010, for which determinate calls of subsidies corresponding to the measures contemplated in the Program of Rural Development of Balearic Islands 2007-2013 are modified. In particular, it modifies the point 1 of section 13, that it makes reference to the request of payment, of the line of aids destined to protecting the biodiversity and the ground to zones with high risk of erosion, as a consequence of its geographical situation, orographic and pluviometrical regime, and the maintenance of the features characteristic of the Balearic landscape.

Presentation of requests


    The persons concerned that they fulfill the established specific requirements to the present call they will request the participation in the rÿgim of help for the fight against the erosion in fragile environments of woody crops in terraces and pending and the maintenance of the rural landscape, together with the request of the foreseen aids in the Royal decree 1612/2008, of 3 October, about application of the direct payments to the agriculture and to the stockbreeding, of year 2009, since the 1 February of 2009 until the 30 April of 2009.
    These requests will be shown, together with the related documentation in the point 5 of this section, according to the model that it appears in annex I duly complimented, addressed to the president of the Background of Guarantee Agricultural and Fishing of the Balearic Islands (FOGAIBA) and they will be able to be shown in the registers of entry of the Background of Guarantee Agricultural and Fishing of the Balearic Islands (FOGAIBA), of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fishing or to any of the places foreseen in the section 4 of the article 38 of Law 30/1992, of 26 November, of juridical rÿgim of the administrations public and of the procedure administrative common and in the article 37 of the Law 3/2003, of 26 March, of juridical rÿgim of the administration of the community autonomous of the Balearic Islands.
    The interested persons will have to present this initial request of participation and, moreover, the successive annual requests of payment that correspond, these last in the foreseen form in the section tretzÿ of the present Resolution.

    Periods: Of the 1st February of 2009 until the 30th April 2009.

    Documentation:
    The request of help for the fight against the erosion in fragile environments of woody crops in terraces and pending and the maintenance of the rural landscape has to attach the documentation segÿent:
    If the applicant is a physical person:
    · DNI of the applicant.
    · If it falls, DNI of the legal representative and documentation which this representation proves, will have to be valid in the moment of the presentation of the request of help.
    If the applicant is a juridical person:
    · CIF of the entity.
    · social Statutes duly inscribed in the corresponding register.
    · DNI of the representative who signs the request and documentation that proves this representation, who will have to be valid in the moment of the presentation of the request of help.
    Other documents:
    · Request of bank transferÿncia (imprÿs TG002) or document crediting of the titularity of the bank account, if has not shown it with the request of only payment.
    Agroambiental Flat · in accordance with the model of annex V.
    · Maps of the allotments where the requested actions are placed and sketch of signaling of these.
    If, justificatory documentation of the fulfillment of any of the suppositions of priority established in the point 2 of the section setÿ of the present Resolution, falls:
    · to justify the fulfillment of the criterion of priority of being a farmer to main title, the declaration of the IRPF of the last exercise, except if they authorize the FOGAIBA to obtain directly the information that proves this condition.
