Beginning inscription of touristic activity of the touristic houses on holiday (Annex I)

Inscription in the general register of companies, activities and touristic establishments of the Balearic Islands and in the Insular one of Mallorca, of the touristic houses on holiday that they develop its activity in the Island of Mallorca.

In the rest of islands, the competent órgans will be the respective Insular Councils.

Isolated single-family establishment, with limited number of squares, which has the instal•lacions suitable for the conservation, elaboration and consumption d’aliments, and offers the essential services of cleaning and maintenance d’instal•lacions.

Addressees

The establishments and the operators of rural hotels and agroturismes that develop its touristic activity in the Island of Mallorca.

Requisites

For the inscription it will be necessary:

1. Correctly filled DRIAT (Annex I).

2. Accreditation of the personality and the representation for any valid means in law.

3. Accreditation of the fulfillment of the articles 51 ó 52 of Law 2/1999, General Touristic of the Balearic Islands.

4. Descriptive report, which it has to include:

- Name, directs, group, category and number of register.

- Surface of the site.

- Relation of authorized and/or requested units of accommodation, with indication of the identifier number of these, the location, the capacity and the surfaces of bedrooms, salts, bath, terrace and kitchen.

- Characteristics of the construction: number of buildings, location, identification and number of plants of each one.

- Description of the common zones, with the location, surface and number of these: hall, reception, general higienics services, social rooms, canteens and other dependences and facilities (lecture rooms, of meeting, of game, restaurants, swimming pools, sport facilities, gymnasium, sauna, parking lots, etc)

- Sketch or maps of the establishment with all the data reflected in the report.

5. Payment of rates: 24,84 ¿ for square.
