Aids for the farming Groups of Sanitary Defense for the development of the sanitary programs corresponding to l’any 2012.

L’objecte d’aquestes aids him the compensation of the cost of the performances of prevention, control, fight and eradication of illnesses of the animals included to the programs or common sanitary performances.

Addressees

They can have the consideration of direct beneficiaries and ask for the foreseen aids in this Resolution, the ADS integrated by producers who fulfill the requirements of the point 2 d’aquest remote, and that fulfill the following requisits:1. a) That they are legally constituted and recognized in accordance with the that s’estableix within the framework of what foresees Royal decree 842/2011, of 17 June (BOE no. 168, of 14 July 2011), l’Ordre of the counselor d’Agricultura and Fishing, of 26 May 1992, for which the farming Groups of Sanitary Defense of the Balearic Islands are regulated, that was modified through l’Ordre of 3 July 2001 and was complemented through l’Ordre of the counselor d’Agricultura and Fishing, of 16 March 2007.
b) The recognized groups have d’estar in more, communicated to the national Register d’agrupacions of farming defense.
c) That d’un order sanitary program approved, before the concession of l’ajuda, for the General Direction of Rural and Sea Environment, with the minimum contents that mentioned l’Ordre of the counselor d’Agricultura establishes and he Fishes, of 16 March 2007, animal according to l’espècie.

L’acreditació of the fulfillment of the mentioned requirements d’ofici on the part of the FOGAIBA, in front of the competent organs of the Ministry of Agriculture, Environment and Territory, will be carried out with previous l’autorització of l’interessat. In the event of not authorizing this check s’haurà of showing the corresponding certificates.

2. Final beneficiaries for the foreseen aids in this Resolution can be the small and medium agricultural exploitations integrated into one of the farming Groups of Sanitary Defense of the Balearic Islands (ADS) that fulfill the following requirements:
a) Being informed about the duties tributary and with the Social Security, thus how to fulfill the rest of the requirements of l’article 13 of Law 38/2003, of 17 November, general of subsidies, in the foreseen terms in the following point 4. This requirement s’haurà d’acreditar with anteriority to dictate the proposal of resolution.
b) That, with anteriority in l’acabament of the deadline of requests presentation, headlines d’explotacions are stockbreeders in activity and that the exploitations have the condition of PIME, d’acord with l’annex I of the Regulations (CE) no. 800/2008 of the Commission, of 6 d’agost of 2008, for which categories d’ajudes compatible with the common market in application of the articles are stated determinate 87 and 88 of the CE Treaty to the state aids to the small and medium undertaken ones.
